Bullshit.  Just because something isn't going to be tracked in Inquisition, doesn't mean it shouldn't be in the Keep at all...  That was the whole purpose of the Keep.  To continually add choices that may, or may not, be important to future games.

Well, maybe the friendship with Varric option is the only viable one right now. Perhaps it is a certainty that Cullen's story ends in DAI and therefore makes no sense to leave it in the Keep.

Honestly, I thought it was added to reflect how he speaks of Hawke but this either means he has the same lines or doesn't even mention him.

I'm honestly starting to get fed up with all this Cullen bullshit.

The option of friendship in the Keep made me like "WAT?". There was no indication of friendship with Cullen in DA2. Hell, he was a tertiary character in DA2. He was a forgetable douchebag in DA:O. I didn't even realize that it's the same person, until I started to dig more deeply into both games.

It's bad enough that he's suddenly one of the most influential people in Thedas. Stop trying to artificially boost his importance in previous titles via Keep, because honestly - this could be any no-name dude in his place, and no one would notice.

And I hate the fact that they suddenly made him lenient towards mages. HE WANTED TO EXTERMINATE ENTIRE CIRCLE, AND ARGUED WITH HIS COMMANDER ABOUT THAT! Are you trying to tell me, that 7 years in demon and blood mage infested city made him change his mind about that? He should've become even more extremist in his views if anything!

As to the Keep: it annoys me, that there's plenty of quite unimportant choices (like Ostegar prisoner, or some DA2 side-quests, that I had to check on wiki, because names didn't ring a bell), while some of the important stuff, like what have you told about Urn of Sacred Ashes, have you killed the High Dragon, what have you done about Genitivi, what has happened to companions in Awakening... are not there.

Goddamn, I'm in a ranting mood for some reason.

Actually there is dialogue parts that suggest that Cullen was friends with Hawke, Hawke referring him as old friend for example: "I just wanted to know how old friend is doing these troubled times" or sth similar can't remember the line more clearly than that ^^

Keep not only imports your worldstate, it also place for you to track your worldstate and I think some minor choices are there for that story-building purpose. I doubt many choices will matter in DAI at all, whetever you fed prisoner or gave Dalish shopkeeper some ironbark or not. Many choices are hard to remember too, I only remember major stuff from my playthroughs but I still liked kinda of recreating them via keep with all the choices.

I begin to think that Cullen tile will be tracked in DAI, but accidentally ended up in DA2 part of the Keep. Makes all sense -  now Cullen is practically companion and friendship \ rivalry (not friendship in DAI) is now counted the same way it was counted for companions in DA2.

Just a misplaced tile that will be added back later for DAI part of the Keep and used in the future games.

Cullen's reaction to Hawke depends on how you talk to him so I don't get how some think there was no friendship in DA2. Hawke can even call him his old friend in Act 2.

There's lots of tiles in DA: Keep that have nothing to do with DA:I or should matter. It's about re-creating your decisions from past games, relevant or not. There's a few DLC in there that I think should be included that are not and Brother Gio[something]'s research into the URN and history of Haven isn't even included in the Keep, you'd think that would be a little necessary considering where Inquisition starts. He's mentioned several times in DA2 but non-existant in the keep.

There's no mention of what you do with the King when you return to Ostagar and reclaim his remains from the darkspawn, etc. What's the big issue with Cullen? Were you on the Templar side of things or the Mage side of things? Did you have a friendly attitude towards him or did you tell him off every chance you got? Nothing confusing about it, it's not rocket science :P Why does the prisoner matter in the prologue?

Why aren't my deicisions in Awakening discussed? What about my group of freshly minted wardens? Not everyone lived but I'd like to say who lived and died and who I recruited? Why is it only Oghren that matters? Questions, questions.

(I'm pro-templar, so I was buddies with him and have tendency to agree that mages are dangerous / blood mages listen to demon whispers, as per the lore - *picks friends tile*) :D
