So I was recreating my original warden's storyline (male elven mage), and I got to the Broken Circle part of the tapestry.
That part of the game was a problem for me the first time through, because I didn't realize how to use the Litany. So my mage was supporting the mages the whole way through, but couldn't keep the Archmage alive. So in the end, my warden did get to keep Wynne, and she survived the game, but I unfortunately had to go through with annulment. I was sad about it, but it was kind of a cool tragic story point for my mage that I actually liked. It kinda fit the dark fantasy thing.
However, when I try to implement that in the tapestry in Dragon Keep, I find an issue. In companions, I set Wynne as alive and well. However, when I go to Broken Circle, I try to say I didn't accept Cullen's deal to kill all the mages, but that Irving didn't survive. I can't say that Irving didn't survive, while still keeping Wynne alive.
In the end, I settled for saying that Irving survived, I didn't take Cullen's request, but my mage sided with the templars and went for annulment. Is that pretty much the same thing? It lets Wynne live, and it goes through with annulment, but Irving didn't survive, which is why I had to go for annulment in the first place. Does Irving get executed if annulment happens? I forget.
Or is it just a compromise that has to be taken for choices to carry over? I tried to use the submit feedback button, but it doesn't do anything for me at the moment, which is something of a glitch in itself.

The broken Circle is a known bug, a number of people have submitted feedback on it. We're hopeful that it's corrected within the week.
I snipped everything but the above, because I don't really understand. You're saying when you click the "submit feedback" option it does nothing at all? Because, the sequence is supposed to be: Push the button; select specific/general feedback; if specific is selected, you select the object of the feedback on the keep(each object is highlighted yellow so you can be sure you're selecting the right thing); then you select what you want to say about the item(happy, sad, angry faces and bug/suggestion/plot request); then you give your feedback.
Where is the issue you're having with regards to sending feedback?

Regarding that problem: Do you use an adblocker of some sort? If yes, disable it for the keep and it should work.

It's probably the adblock, now that you mention it. When I click the button, nothing actually changes on the page. It's like I clicked empty space. But thanks for the replies, guys, it's good to hear that the problem is known, and I'll be able to fix the feedback button.

Another interesting thing is that Irving can survive while siding with the templars. In my latest evil playthrough I didn't use the Litany but I killed the boss so fast that Irving survived (at least that's what I remember happening)

I think the difference is whether you take Cullen's deal or not. Saying no to Cullen and then choosing the Templars at the bottom of the tower again lets Irving live. At least that's what I experienced in game and as far as I know I was able to set that in the Keep.
