Hello,

 

when I log in to bioware social network my player profiles for dragon age 1 and 2 are read only. I also get Invalid persona/game combination when i tried to get to the player diagnostics manually. Can you please help.

I'm having the same issue, my Player Profiles for DA:O and DA2 are "read only".  I thought that was supposed to be fixed once the sync update was finished.  I'm just wondering why they didn't change back now that The Keep is live.  I'm also wondering if that's why I'm having an issue with one of my Wardens still missing.

Because now that the keep is live. The BSN profiles are not needed anymore.

 

Give it time, however the warden import does not affect the game.

It's still our warden. Some of us aren't excited about being limited to a default one over one we were really invested in. And sicne the keep won't let you delete any of your 50 files, it's not a very good replacement yet.

You can now rename default wardens.

 

The problem is you played da2 before da:O

Ummm... Wait, so if I've recently bought both DA: Origins and started a new game, my character still won't sync with keep and thus I wouldn't be able to use my warden instead of default one? It's just that I've started a new game today yet the keep says I have no character despite already having synced an achievement that you get when using a book for the first time... Oo

I'm having the same problem. The keep seems to be noticing whenever I get an achievement, but the warden that I got the achievement with isn't uploading. It just annoys me because the one warden that I actually want isn't uploading to the keep.
