Hello,

when I log in to bioware social network my player profiles for dragon age 1 and 2 are read only. I also get Invalid persona/game combination when i tried to get to the player diagnostics manually. Can you please help.

The Bioware Social Network isn't used for the player profiles anymore. You should see all of your wardens and hawkes in the dragon age keep now.
I don't have my new warden in the network too, but it appears in the dragon age keep nonetheless, so you shouldn't bother with the bsn anymore from now on.

hmm... my wardens are not showing up on the keep even after 24 hours. I was under the impression it had to do with the social network.

Judging by the variety of posts here on the forums, that could be for any one of a number of reasons. You are not alone!

By all means read through the various threads here in case you can find something that solves the problem but, if you can't, do remember that it won't affect your DA:I experience in any significant way. Here's what we've been told about the effect of syncing characters so far:

Syncing characters from DA:O - this may affect DA:I in some way but, from what we've been told so far, not in any major way. The Warden from DA:O does not appear in DA:I although he/she will be mentioned. We believe you may therefore see his/her name in a Codex or something, but syncing probably won't do anything more than that.

Syncing characters from DA2 - we believe the Champion from DA2 will appear in DA:I. BW have said, however, that if he/she does appear, we will be given something like a Character Creator tool so that we can make them look like our own hero. Again, therefore, syncing will have no real effect on DA:I.

actually come to think of it, i don't know why i am freaking out.

My warden is 6 feet in the ground haha.

I do like his story with leliana though. I was hoping leliana remembers him.

Personally I don't care about Hawke. His story never interest me. I'm playing for Dragon age origins haha. Go leliana Go Morrigan.

I have been unable to even update my Bioware Character Profiles, much less upload anything to the Keep beyond a few rudimentary dlc I downloaded earlier for free. I thought I had successfully  disabled the developer console when I deleted "enabledeveloperconsole" from DA1 and DA2 properties. Or am I not supposed to have any mods? The problem for me is that my Grey Warden is wearing very nice modded armor and I would hate to have to leave him naked in the end game just for this port.

Maybe this site could help both of you with your synching problems: http://www.princesss...troubleshooting

Although they are nice to have they dont have any more impact than the ones that the keep provides

As far as DA:O is concerned, one way of getting your Warden into the Keep is to download the standalone DA:O Character Creator (still available from FilePlanet, I believe). Create a duplicate of your Warden in that, give him/her the same name, and hit the Upload button.

I've had four characters successfully make it into the Keep using that, even though I haven't had a single one from the game itself. And they only took around 30 minutes to appear, too!

Are you trying to sync original DA:O? Don't load into any of the DLC only do the original campaign.

Wouldn't that prevent the Keep from registering your dlcs or does that not matter?

Honestly, I don't know. I'm one of those people for whom nothing has been imported into the Keep: no characters, no achievements, no DLC. For me, the whole syncing thing has completely failed from beginning to end. (And, yes, I have tried all the various workarounds suggested in these forums!) The standalone DA:O Character Creator is the only thing I've tried that's actually worked.

Reading through the forums, though, I don't think it does matter. Some people for whom other things have synced correctly are also finding that their DLC isn't recognised here in the Keep. That seems to be a slightly different issue.
