If we're talking about Warcraft orcs, they win.  While they're a bit lacking in the technological department, their warrior spirit and magical knowhow more than makes up for it.

Most definitely Krogan. With the way they regenerate from injuries/redundant organs and being 7 feet tall and weighing in at nearly a ton when fully armored I seriously doubt anything could give them trouble.
