Good moral courage, artistic, caring and kind. Someone with around the same intelligence level as me. I have had some really bad luck finding that.
Usually stumble upon bossy, whiny and lazy, with a strong sense of entitlement.

In height I can classify girls in a few levels. The same level of us (boys) mean they're 10cm shorter. One level below is 15cm shorter than you. It means that girls that are 5cm shorter than you are one level higher than you and if a girl has the same height as you she is two level higher than you!

 

Unfortunately I'm desperate to find available girls that are at my level (10cm shorter), even one level below me is hard to find. Should I settle for girls that are two level below me?

Sarcasm aside, the reason for finding that grouping may be related to how you "choose" women that you have an attraction for. While it is fairly standard for people to go solely off of looks (going for the most attractive) that usually results in finding women who meet the criteria of "bossy, whiny and lazy, with a strong sense of entitlement", but unfortunately you'll find that among most women as a whole (broad generalization I know). I'd wager it has something to do with how society tells parents how to raise women, but that's just me.

If your general preference would be to go for women that look like this:

And you have had bad experience dating women that look like that then (from a Skinnarian behaviorist perspective) you are being primed with negative reinforcement (as you are adding a relationship with a person that you are averse to). Which should indicate that you should stop doing that. In that case it would be an interesting case study (experiment would be the preferable term, but technically it's not an experiment) to see how it would work if you tried going with a girl that you weren't really attracted to physically. It should be noted that this is not a suggestion to date excessively ugly people, but more a suggestion to try to date more "plain" women.

In that case the reason you attract women that you describe as "bossy, whiny and lazy, with a strong sense of entitlement" would be because you would be attracted to other narcissists by nature of the disorder itself (they're also attracted to an entirely different set of people, which usually results in a very abusive relationship). 

 

Of course, the general rule of narcissists is that they don't get along which would then lead to the relationship failing.

 

If all else fails there's always therapy! 

 

Which will also come with the benefit of figuring out what's wrong with yourself, as well as teaching other beneficial relationship behaviors.
