What ever kind of girl you like. Thing is you seem a lot like the kind of dudes I deal with on a daily basis. If I was a friend, or brother of said girl you were chasing, well your attitude, and outlook towards ladies would have to change or we'd have problems. If the physical form is the most important criteria for you in a relationship, avoid Long-Term romance. I'm guessing you're looking for a fling or a Friends-With-Benefits type-thing?

In any case, you shouldn't bother focusing on your own, you're fine. Think a bit on your preferences for women. Nearly everyone has physical preferences, not going to lie and claim it's entirely personality/compatibility.

That's pretty much it. If you know who appeals to you and they seem potentially interested, go for it.

Mental:

Ideas/Ideology

Pragmatics/Ethics

The second problem is that you went to see a MEDICAL DOCTOR not one that has extensive psychological training. The only reason to EVER go to a psychiatrist is to get psychiatric medication. Thank you media for confusing people.
