I'll be naming my male Qunari weapon and shield warrior Beres-taar Ari, which should roughly translate to Shield of the People.

 

Edit: Though taking the names at face value it literally means Shield People, which actually couldn't be a more of a perfect name for him.

Got the name "Cress" from a friend of my husband's family. I think it fits a fem!mage nicely.

 

I have no idea what I'm going to name my f!elf inquisitor. Need to start doing some research, though I liked the name Nyx that somebody mentioned earlier in the thread.

I think I shall name my Qunari "Anaan" which just means Victory. Its like naming my character Victor.

 

Then again, Victor Adaar has a nice ring to it. Darn, why am I so indecisive. lol

Trevelyan Trevelyan just for the lols in some future playthrough.  Otherwise, I think I'll just use the default appearance and name.  At the most I'll just tweak a default appearance if I don't like it in some fashion if I can.

Since my character is essentially going to be a perversion of medicine that dissects people to further his own research and incorrect hypotheses the name is appropriate. Haven't figured out what rogue spec fits I'll wait to play the game if he picks one at all.

For the EA Access trial playthrough I started a blond female Dalish rogue named Rhoswen (meaning "White Rose") and will probably continue her adventures, rather than reboot another character with the actual game handy tomorrow.

I've finally decided on mine:

Ellys Lavellan (pronounced a bit like Ellis)
Drogo Adaar (from GoT aha)

Female Inquisitors:
Maya Cadash
Talia Adaar

I figured out the female names ages ago, but only worked out the male ones yesterday!!

Initially I usually chose this as my name  for Human Male : Fenris.... What ever his last name is. 

 

 

However, ever since DA2 I can't do that. As Fenris, the Character, (and I know I will get flak for this) Screwed over that name for me. As I saw him as a brewing whiny Elf. 

 

So I have decided that the first elf I play with be named Fenris and will redeem that name. 

 

For my Human, I think I am going to name him Baldur (from Hordes, Circle of Oroboros Warlock.)
