I am in love with armor/weapon customization. My fiance is sick and tired of hearing about DA:I but I showed her the new video on customization and her eyes went wide with delight "We get to play dress up!". One thing way back when that got me interested in DA again when it was first being announced, was that each character had their own style that was adapted with each armor. They compared Blackwall and Cassandra and showed off what may be available.

 

From making arms and legs, to the fabric and colors, it is ridiculous how much I am looking forward it. The fact slots correlate with different stats, and that each material can be chosen to match what you want and then actually changes the look of the item is so amazing. 

 

I am pumped for the heavy customization options for our inquisitor, and I will play hours and hours of dress up...er I mean strategic armor and fashion design! Yeah!

I hope she in't expecting  lot of "Pretty" dress up. I'm sure there are pretty armors in the game for those who care about that sort of thing, but yeah I'm not seeing one of those 80s montages where you keep trying on clothes happening.

Weapons and armors get more detailed customization than I though it would, I like it.

I love gruff characters and I have to admit I vastly prefer practical stuff to pretty stuff, but it will be one of those 80s montages for sure. I love dress up in DA:O and missed in in DA2. As far as my fiance, she loved what was available in the video just fine, and if nothing else, Vivienne is always pretty and classy, so plenty of montages just for her to be sure.

Speaking of Vivienne, I saw a video recently where they were customizing her armor, and I'm amazed she didn't pop out of the screen and freeze them in place. Some of the options do not look good. Poor thing. No worse thing can happen to a fashionista.

HA, well said   It would be awesome if they added a easter egg that if you tried to make her dress in armour she would call you (the player) and idiot like how deadpool is talking to the player   unusual but funny
