It's been a while since Dragon Age II release and its DLCs but the price is still the same. The same problem is with Mass Effect 2 and 3. Maybe you could finally get rid of BioWare Points for older titles or at least give us the option to buy the DLCs for your games with real money?

They've said they will get rid of the Bioware Points for future DLC, but I don't know whether this will change for the old ones.

Inquisition's DLC's and future Bioware titles will be paid for with real money. However they aren't planning to remove it from previous games (yet) and they definitely don't do BW point refunds.
