Oh yeah, Kate's definitely in. But it was just a much older sounding Morrigan.

It's (probably) a CGI trailer. Also, it's not Kate Mulgrew, it's Claudia Black.

Good thing it doesn't claim to be an Xbox exclusive then. It's marketing. Just as Call of Duty is advertised alongside the Xbox and Destiny is advertised alongside the PS4. Microsoft paid EA big bucks for them to market the game on Xbox, I would assume.

I have a bit trouble with hearing. When Claudia was younger I could easily recognize her voice. Now not so much - or it's just that she plays older character thing.

Teasers are supposed to get you hyped. Arkham City and Arkham Origins had great teasers, this makes me scratch my head. Plus weird looking Varric doesn't help.
