I don't see why any console gamer would have less fun than us folk on the PC. Let's just enjoy DA:O!

And I still can't understand why both 360 and ps3 couldn't have keyboard and mouse options. It wouldn't be that hard to include that on the game disc. And again, you can't claim room on the disc. It is all on the pc disc.
Ripped off.
while that would be awesome, do you have any experience as a game
designer? I'm just trying to figure out why you assume it just wouldn't
be difficult to implement mouse and keyboard controls into a 360 game
I assume it wouldn't be difficult because that is how the game was originally designed. With keyboard and mouse in mind. As it was already in place, why is it so hard to keep it for the consoles as well and then also add the controller sceme. Like i've said, it surely isn't a space on disc thing, especially for the ps3.

You don't really drive the market being a console gamer mate. Take a look at Blizzard Entertainment, who are the largest developer in the western world (can't speak for elsewhere) and are PC exclusive. World of Warcraft still has around 10 million people paying £9 - $10 a month to play it.
But granted I'm pleased you pay more and let us have it for less. Thanks I guess
You are wrong. I think it's 11 million now.

One thing about consols is that it is contant for a number of years and doesn't require an upgrade every month.
It's constant ignorance like this, which makes a lot of PC gamers look down upon console players.
PCs aren't that expensive anymore. Hardware has become relatively cheap and doesn't age as fast anymore as 5 years ago. You can get a decent gaming PC for 500-600$. You don't need to spend thousand like people always claim.
My rig is almost 3 years old. It still plays all new games in almost full details. I can also run Crysis perfectly fine.
"Look down"?!! You megalomaniac pretend elitist.
PC aren't expensive, where? Oh in the USA, that only country that matters.
A decent pc here cost up to and over $2000.
What a try hard.
Read a web site and learn how to build your own. You can build a quality for $400-600 that way, when it would have cost $2000 from Dell.

Especially with the dialog...my character would speak and carry on intelligent conversation...but in DragonAge (for the PC at least) the dialog is all one sided, I'll click a a response...but instead of my character speaking the conversation goes back to the NPC!
Plus, the graphics look washed out and faded. Not only that but in fights, well...the fights look so fake, I mean my characters fighting and killing things but the sword barely touches the enemies.
I'm really hoping these are just some bugs, because after playing Mass Effect...I had high expectations for Bioware :\\

Console versions are terrible. I have no idea why people still choose to play games on inferior hardware.
Console versions of what? This game? That game? Any game?
That is quite the broad generalization you have going there, and my own personal experiences have difffered quite a bit.
Yes, all console versions of games will inherently be bad. Its on a console -> console games are nothing but a slew of compromises.
No mouse and keyboard? well you get a game pad
No dedicated servers? well heres listen servers
Old hardware? well heres muddly textures and resolutions that havnt been used since XVGA days
I'm not going to get into a "PC is prettier then console" or "Console rapes PC" or whatever nerd rage debate you want to get going.
What is the measure of success of a game to you? Cause to me it is about having fun while playing it.
I have played some insanly fun games on Console and I have played some insanly fun games on PC.
I have played games that were more fun on Console then they were on PC and vice versa.
I have played some amazing looking console only games, and have done the same for PC.
The whole point of this? No one gives a crap that you have a big video card, just play what you have fun with, drop the elitism, and let people have fun with what they play on.
Amen its worse than the lil kids screamin WoW is the best mmog no Aion is.I got it on 360 i could have got it on pc actually pc version is cheaper than console version and my computer can handle dragons age easy I decided I wanted it on console.I am not bothered by the graphics a graphically appealin game does not make a game good.Anyone who is so hung up on graphics to that degree needs to refocus about what makes a game fun.Yea the graphics are worse on 360 but they are good enough and sure doesn't make me go man this washed out texture is makin me not enjoy the game so dumb.

p.s. How many lines of dialoge do you think your character has potentially in the whole game? Less than 10'000? More than 10'000? More than 5'000? Regardless... it's foolish to think that bioware would even consider putting in the effort to find 6 voice actors, and have them read every possible line of the dialogue in the game... the effort and money they'd have to put in would be rediculous... let alone fitting in a releasable game!

I am playing DAO on PS3 and I am loving every moment of it. Okay so I can't use mouse and keyboard and I don't have the top down map. Guess what I do not care because my enjoyment of the game isn't any less than if I had those option.
Bioware as always made the best possible game that they could given what they had to work with. Personally I think the graphics are great on the PS3 sure they may or may not be as good as the PC version but who cares???? Personally I would love to play DAO on the PC but I don't have a spare 500-600 dollars to spend on a new pc right now so in the mean time will play it on my console and enjoy every moment of.

Now that I'm out of the beginning castle, everything does look more brilliant, but it's still not as vibriant as I'd like it to be...and the lack of voice in my character...still bugs me! Overall, this game will definitely tide me over until Mass Effect 2 comes out! For that I'm happy!! :-D
