Is anyone else having trouble getting to Chat with an EA Game Advisor? I've been trying all weekend and I get the pop-up that says to wait while being connected but I've waited literally HOURS and I never get connected.

When I went to http://social.bioware.com/ and clicked the "Forum" button, this is where it sent me. I thought the BioWare Forum/BSN Help board was the EA Forum.
