I find the dlcs list on the career window with the progress bar pretty annoying.

instead of only include actual achievements or things I can do with the game as career dlcs were listed as part of the progression...

I'm finding it extremely annoying.

Also in order to get to that glorious E-Peen 100% you need collector's edition content which you can't purchase at all so just disappointed about that part :(

Getting 100% doesn't get you anything. There is no reward. No glory.

Still, I for one, would rather find it better to see it with those showing up, then not at all. It drives me bonkers when I clearly know I have the DLC in question for both titles.

Heh - think yourself lucky!

Some of us still have no characters, no achievements, no rewards and no DLC showing in the Keep!  :P

Actually you can, you just have to purchase the digital version. Since you said collector's edition and not signature edition, I'm assuming you are talking about DAO where I believe you can only get the collector's edition off of Origin.

There are no DLCs that would be tied specifically to DAO Collectors Edition though. He must be talking about the Signature one.

DLC? No. Reward? Yes. I still think he was talking about DAO, but if he was talking about DA2 signature edition, a. that doesn't work atm, b. it can still be purchased, and c. it should be a reward not a SLC (nitpick :P).

A new copy of DAII Signature Edition can't be had for less than $100 (USD) right now, and that's the price on Amazon for PS3 copies sent from Japan. (XB360 is similarly priced, IIRC.) Is that worth it for the 1 reward/DLC/whatever? (Especially when sync for those things isn't working, as has been said.) I think most gamers couldn't justify that.

And while the Digital Deluxe edition on Origins is advertised as including the collector's edition stuff for that game, it's $25, which is still ridiculous just for a handful of items that (again) won't show up in the Keep as of right now.

If EA/BioWare wanted some more pocket change, they could release the collector's stuff from DAO and the soundtrack and signature edition items from DAII as separate DLC (even if in the Keep they end up going under rewards, as they all probably should). I'd be willing to pony up $2-3 for each in-game item pack, and $5-10 for the soundtrack, especially if they include the complete soundtrack rather than the piecemeal ones floating around Amazon.

actually yes the rewards section.

right now I'm missing on DAO:

on rewards - (97%) the entry called: "Collector's Edition Items".

and on Dragon Age II:

on Rewards (96%) - "Ser Issac's Armor" (funny enough I actually own Dead Space 2 it was free giveaway on origin),

On Dlcs (86%) - "Dragon Age II Soundtrack", "Signature Edition Rewards".

Most if not all of those items can't be purchased or if they do requires purchasing of new game copies.

Thing is like most bioware fans I'm psycho completionest and I take lots of enjoyment seeing that glorious 100% completed on progress bar.

With career windows tracking achievements and such I was damn disaponted to see I can't actually fully fill up the DA:O and DA:II careers.

so either add "Buy now" button to the missing items or remove them from the list leaving only achievements and playable DLCS in the list please.

I don't have everything completed too and it bothers me a little, but I think in the end it isn't really that important to be sad or disappointed about it.

At one point clicking on the collector's or signature edition items (I forget which at the moment) brought up a "how to unlock" pop-up saying it was available for purchase on PSN/XBox Marketplace/BioWare Social Network. Needless to say, it wasn't (and still isn't), but I wonder if that was a hint at what they intend to do, or whether it was merely a copy-and-paste error, since so many things under DLC use the same description for their "how to unlock" instructions.

No, for one, it's not there any more and also, they are trying to get rid off the BSN for good. It wouldn't make sense for them to implement new stuff there (like purchasing new DLCs). If they allow us to buy them, it will be on Origin.

Yes, that was clearly out of date, but it's easy enough to replace BSN with Origin. My point was that I hope it means they want to make them available now to anyone, not just keep them as 2/4-year-old exclusives for people who bought the special editions. It was important when the games were new; now they're practically legacy, and there's no reason not to let us pick up old stuff. (Heck, they made all those pre-order bonuses free for everyone -- why not these last few things?)
