Hi guys,

Sorry for the question that's probably been answered or covered before, but I honestly can't find anything about it...

My question is, seeing as how the retail release between the US and EU differs by 3 days, does that go for Digital release as well?

Or will the digital (Origin) release be playable on the 18th in Europe as well the US?

Thank you

Mmm... Can you explain?

I honestly haven't used Origin much at all, my knowledge of it is very limited.

If you don't want to use VPN then you can play it on the 20th or on the 21th if you are in the UK/and somewhere else.

Release and preload dates for the Digital Deluxe Edition in most of mainland Europe.

Use a VPN to unlock the game earlier than intended in your region, so that you can play on the 18th too. :)

Does that also mean that the Koreans and Japanese can pre-load the game earlier than the 17th of November?

Like other People already mentioned:

You can use a VPN Service [there are a lot of free and reliable ones with unlimited data and bandwidth] (use a US or Canada Server) and start the Preload on November 14 and play on November 18.

Will do the same here in Germany.

Buy a game and activate after the release thru VPN, but each time you´ll need to connect to the internet through VPN till the release in your region...

Well they just said today I believe that the game is already finished today, which is ahead of schedule so maybe they will releaese it a bit earlier for everyone, but yeah doubt it.

Nope, there is no chance they will do this.

I've looked into vpngate a few weeks ago, but somehow it doesn't work for me. I found a working US vpn, however I rather have a Korean one,  anyone knows a korean VPN alternative to vpngate?

Is that the Korean hour? Because I want to know at what time I can play according to my time zone. I never tried this VPN thing but it's really appealing, I don't want to wait until the 21st. Is it really safe though?

No Idea about the Korean Hour thing.

But the soonest you can Preload the Game is November 14. Play on November 18. Login to your Origin Account while connected to a VPN Server, go to "My Games" -> Click on the DA:I Game and there you will see the Date and Time on when you can Preload and when you can Play.

North America / Canada gets the Game first. All other Countries / Regions later.

A German Screenshot is here [open the Spoiler Tags - Just added those as the Pics are Fullscreen Size. No real Game Spoilers there ;)]:

EDIT: Look at the small "Box" on the right Side of the Picture with the blue Background: It says Preload and Verfügbar = Available = The Day and Hour you can Play it.

EDIT 02: I forgot: Normally when you hover the Mouse over the DA:I Game in the My Games Section, it shows the Preload and Available Date also.

Why use a VPN software? I just used Windows' built in proxy server settings to unlock Mass Effect 2 three days early back in 2010. Seems kind of pointless to install a programme to use it once.

Yep, making a Connection by Hand is the same as doing it per VPN Software. If you know how. But not all People on this Planet knows how to do it and for those it is easier to use a VPN Software Tool. And it is much faster as if we walk them through every Single Step ;)

yes koreans  get to preload the 14th too, for those that were wondering, and you will get to play the 17th if you use a korean vpn sometime during the day. Its 16.00 for me in scandinavia.

Edit japanese folk dont.

Yeah, digital release is the same as physical. But like everyone and their dog will no doubt be doing, VPN it! My days off are tuesday and wednesday, so I may as well fill that void with dragons... ;)

It's perfectly legal on origin (not steam) as the redditor says in that thread. Korea will be earliest release, even in america.
