I'm actually really happy with Hawke's new look in this screenshot from the latest trailer. He's aged realistically, looking like he's got a bit lazy over the years, putting on a bit of extra weight and growing his beard out. I like the idea that he might have retired from adventuring after DA2, but is convinced in DA:I to stage a comeback of a sorts.
This time he's defininetly only in it for the money. "Give me my paycheck man so I can get out of here." He's like an ageing rock star on a reunion tour. Like Harrison Ford on the set of Star Wars 7.
