Is a full character creator something we could see in dragon age, or other space type rpg's anytime soon? to be honest i was really looking forward to something like dragons dogma's creator, so i was pretty bummed out when i saw it was just the head. Was this something that wasn't even considered or is it more of a naritive reason for not allowing full control over the characters build?
full char custom not just face?

As far as I'm aware, body morphs had been planned, but as there were those who were unhappy at only being able to play human, Bioware decided to spend the time/money on making different races, sacrificing body morphs.
