Who is the best LI for bad-guy, self-serving, evil Inquisitor?

I'm coming up at a loss here.  I know it's not going to be cut and dry like "This is the bad guy LI" and "This is the good guy LI"... but in the past I could actually find someone for my evilish character to related to.  In DA:O it was Morrigan/Zevran... In DA2 it could have been Merrill as she was a blood mage, it could have been Isabella as she was moralless pirate, it could have been Zevran as he had thirst for vengeance, and it could have been Anders considering what he ended up doing.

But in DA:I from what I've read about all the possible LI, none of them strike me as having ideals/behavior which a straight, male, self-serving Inquisitor could find common ground with.  Am I over looking someone?  Or is he doomed to walk a lonely path?

Dorian? Something about that mustache makes me believe he twirls it while laughing ominously from time to time.

I know I would if I rocked that facial hair!

I noticed that as well, there doesn't seem to be any real "dark" personality in DA:I like Morrigan in DA:O. Disappointing.

You answered your own question in the thread title. A "self-serving" Inquisitor probably "serves" his or herself :D

Dorian is the "Redeemer", his backstory hints he has quite a good-oriented personality

Hardly, what he views as "redeeming" might have nothing to do with morality, he could view "redeeming" as overhauling the administration of Tevinter into a more efficient model thus "redeeming" his nation.

"Redemption" is a matter of perspective after all.

Iron Bull seems the most Zevran-esque.

You might have luck with Sera, also. She kind of strikes me as mostly like Isabella in the sense that she's more out for herself (minus the voluptuous sluttiness of Isabella, Of course.)

Hard to say without playing the game.

The Bull , he seems he doesn't care about much...

Patrick Weekes romanced him with his Assquisitor , also his voice actor said something like The Bull doesn't care all that much about good or bad , he understand people do whatever they have to , to survive.

Sera is in it for the common folk. Kinda like Robin Hood of Thedas, with a couple differences.

She ain't gonna like that.

Iron Bull might be a guy who wouldn't mind his lover's evil actions that much. Cassandra could be good option for Inquisitors who think end justifies methods. Sera probaply would like morally grey Inquisitor as well, not plain evil but kinda.. Varric level? Lying and stealing is okay but not unnecessary violence I think.

I wonder if we might be able to influence the companions (read: manipulate, in this case) as we get to know them better.

For a straight male? Probably no one. Cassandra might work depending on if you can still serve yourself and forward her agenda. I have a feeling Josephine is a 'good' character.

As others have said, I suspect that Iron Bull is probably the best if you are willing to RP a bisexual or gay male character. He seems pretty self-serving and I think would support a PC who is out for himself.

If not, you might have to have that PC go romance-less.

None of the love interest seem to be especially evil, or even incredibility amoral like Morrigan.

You might just be out of luck, my friend.

Play a female Inquisitor and romance Iron Bull.

I guess making a small little sadistic mage girl who romances Iron Bull would be amusing and fitting enough for me.... The more I think about it the more I like it.  A tiny little Dalish and a giant Kunari. :-D

Solas could also work, if OP is willing to play that character as a female elf. I understand he's supposed to be a morally neutral kind of guy, so he may not mind ruthless or self-serving actions.

Iron Bull isn't evil, but he does seem less interested in being good than other LIs.

Iron Bull, I'm guessing. Maybe Solas, if your evil gal is pro-fade or whatever. The rest seem fairly pro-small folk or lawful.

Cassandra isn't evil, technically, but she's certainly ruthless. She does whatever she has to do to accomplish her goals, though, so she probably wouldn't have an issue with an Inquisitor who is willing to take the "morally ambiguous" route. But I would be very, very careful with this because she is not a person you would want to cross The Line with. Probably would not work out well for you.

As far guys go... Iron Bull seems, to me, the least likely to judge an Inquisitor who takes the more bloody and violent route. As a mercenary leader, that seems right up his alley. So yeah, I would suggest him if you want to romance a male.

Some people have suggested Sera, but Sera's character bio describes her as a "woman of the people", more or less, so she's all about helping the innocents. You probably wouldn't want to romance her if you don't care about stepping on people's toes.

Dorian also wants serious change in Tevinter, which says to me he hates slavery, abuse of power, hurting innocents, etc. Also most likely a bad choice.

Solas seems more neutrally aligned, but probably unlikely to overlook killing people when peaceful resolutions can be taken.

Blackwall, Cullen, and Josephine all seem far too straight-and-narrow to be willing to put up with a relationship with a "self-serving, evil Inquisitor".

Iron Bull seems to be the next Zevran. I'd go with him.
