Since Dragon Age Keep doesn't import saves and I can't 100% remember all the choices I made in the past games. Is there a way I can check on what decisions I made?
Is there a way I can confirm my choices from the previous games?

I don't remember anything either so I'm replaying DAO and DA2 on Easy mode and just walking through it.

I had the same problem. Your journal with have a lot of your choices but weirdly mine had no mention of some major decisions such as Loghains fate. It also told me that my female Dalish elf failed to give her dwarven noble son a proper upbringing (or something like that) so don't put too much faith in it.
BSN Response - If you can't remember it obviously don't matter to you. Don't be ungrateful, BioWare worked hard on it. And none of your choices from the last two games make any difference anyway. But don't complain about that either. Because shut up, that's why!

Regarding this dwarven Quest: That is some particular quest that every character has in it's journal, regardless of origin picked.
It's a common bug, as you can read here:
http://dragonage.wik.../Of_Noble_Birth
This quest is meant only for male Dwarf Noble Warden characters, but appears in every player's codex as a failed quest after completing A Paragon of Her Kind. As of patch 1.04, it is impossible to successfully complete this quest, even if you are playing as a male Dwarf Noble. Examining the quest in the toolset reveals that the quest is marked as failed as soon as a king is crowned. No references to race, origin, or plot flags are made.

Depends on your definition of difference. Who's ruling ferelden imo will make a difference in who shows up in your game. If you're talking plot then yes, none of our choices are going to prevent us from beating DA:I (or any future game) but it's too soon to say how.

Yeah it's especially tricky with Dragon Age 2, because the completed quest log doesn't tell you how it ended for almost all quests.

That was something really annoying, yes. The Questlog was really lacking in Dragon Age 2.

I'm finding DA2 requires some extra leg work beyond the journal.
Case in point, it doesn't tell me if I let Ser Karras or Gascard die but If Karras is not at the Gallows in Act 2 or 3 it's because he's dead. Likewise if Gascard is alive you will find a letter from him in Act 3. Checking Hawke's letters helped me a lot.

Well yes, you could argue that the letters sometimes are kind of an compensation to the lacking questlog.
