I think they were extremely arrogant and self-righteous, and enforched the reasons why people drew no distinctions between Jedi and Sith ; they are squabbling over religion, the same thing that led to the Mandalorian Wars. They had completely and utterly failed Meetra as a perso, let alone a Jedi or an apprentice. They did not however, deserve to have such a horrific punishment forced upon them.

Yet To understand the Way of the Jedi, you must understand the Passiveness that is requirement of the Jedi and the nature of the dark side. Despite what Revan, Jedi Exile and other did to help the Republic, they were in the wrong, Jedi Council saw the darkness behind the Mandalorian Wars. It is better to have a fully functional Jedi Order to actually find this darkness behind the Mandalorians Wars, and Let Republic stand on its own feet with the Mandalorians. For the Jedi Order doesn't train for the Mandalorians but the Dark siders like the Sith, Krath and Dark Sided factions. Revan fucked everything up and made Jedi Exile and Darth Nihilus what they are.

The Force is the Jedi's Ally and their boss.

I don't really agree with putting your beliefs before the lives of innocent people.

but recklessly going into battle and splitting the Jedi Order did end many innocent's lives during the Mandolarian Wars and causing the Jedi Civil War. Also due to the Mass Shadow Generator, did create the Jedi Exile and Nihilus. Reckless Action is destruction.

I think we are digressing here. I was asking your opinion of the Jedi Master's actions in the Enclave.

that was the High Jedi Council's choice to stay out of Mandalorian Wars and only get involved with the Sith and Dark siders. Personally, I do think Revan, Jedi Exile and the others are correct in fighting the Mandalorians. The main mistake that the Jedi High Council made is not knowing the difference between giving into Violence and protecting their charge.
