I think it's risky to purchase this game on last-gen, so I'm going to wait for a few months until the PS4 gets a price drop. Same as the game.

Playing it on PS3. Muddy graphics ftw.

Has there been any footage of last-gen gameplay?
I remember reading somewhere that a main different was the amount of characters on screen or something like that. Anything else like that? Graphically I don't imagine it'll look terrible, i mean, look at ps3 last of us. That game was beautiful.
Well I can postulate (basically pull stuff out of my a**) and say that this is correct. You'll notice that graphically lots of past gen games are quite impressive but suffer from processing power. If you look at AC Black Flag you'll notice a lot of npc spawning in, out of nowhere. Most likely DA:I will try to avoid that issue by cutting out a lot of filler npcs. In reality a smaller amount of npcs is not a big deal, it wont detract from the story, but it will dampen the immersion in the environment.

Likely I'll play on PS3, but a last second hail mary may get me on the PS4 at launch.

I'm still on a PC that can support it (barely), but apparently it'll lagg as hell.
I still play games that only comes out exclusively on new consoles and not PC so I have lots of compassion for you all. Especially I grow up having PS1, about 8 years after its launched... and everyone else had moved on to other consoles...

Stuck with my 360.
Would have had a decent-ish PC by this point, but being stuck paying for things like food and bills because some people can't manage their end of the deal kind of sucks. Given my PC isn't even a dual-core, only hope it has of running Inquisition is if someone makes a text adventure version.
This made me laugh more then it should have... Maybe because I'm mainly a PC gamer, but ya.

The real question is: How many people will rebuy the game if they get a next generation console?

I got a pretty cheap PS4 on eBay(Around 322 with 2 controllers and a game). I don't know why people stop using eBay, but I still get really good deals there. I know about frauds, and eBay does refund your money if you didn't get what you want.I think it's risky to purchase this game on last-gen, so I'm going to wait for a few months until the PS4 gets a price drop. I thought it would be nice to actually have a topic where people who's going to play the game on 360/PS3 or a PC which can't runt the game on high could share any kind of information they can find about the game on last-gen consoles. I have also tried to contact bioware (via twitter) to see if they could provide any info, but nothing.
I've seen that a LOT of people (almost the majority it seems) are going to play the game on a high end pc or the new-gen consoles. Jealous as I am I just needed to create this "club". I am going to play the game on PS3 and would gladly add someone who likes to play and talk at the same time when the game is released sharing stuff and tips etc.
It would also be nice to hear what kind of gear (tv:s, sound-system) people is going to use! And yes, Everyone can share. This is no new-gen racism club. That would just be awful.
i find this to be incredibly sweet, and your avatar is so cute op ^^ youre a fellow swede too! For those reasons youre getting a huge thumbs up ![]()

i thought about buying PS4 but everyone keeps talking about how it is underpowered. I heard how it cant run the new call of duty on 1080 without stuttering. so i might stick to the 360.

PS3 here, for now. I'm hoping Inquisition doesn't look too bad on it. When the next Mass Effect arrives, I'll either build a gaming pc or upgrade to a next-gen console. Yeah, I'll probably re-purchase Inquisition then, too--if it's as good as I think it's going to be.

xbox 360 here. laptop can barely run it on low and just isn't worth the hassle of sub par performance vs something I know will run it fine. I will buy a new gaming laptop before I get a ps4/xbone. Just not enough on them right now to justify it. Asked the wife about a laptop upgrade specifically for this game and she was like no we need a new washer/dryer and stove first. ahhhhh adulthood.

360 for me due to financial reasons I just can't update to anything right now. I'm not too worried since this game was originally was going to be on 360/PS3/lower end PC so it should be beautiful. Plus after watching battlefront comparison videos there were moments where I wonder what the difference was.

I pre-ordered the new Alienware Alpha, but the damn thing doesn't ship out until the 21st which is 3 days after Inquisition's release, and I'm too damn impatient and curious to go a whole week without spoiling or driving myself mad, so Xbox360, and when my PC gets here, then that. Best of both worlds ![]()

PS3 for me. I can't afford a PS4 and there isn't 'the game' that I need for it so I see no reason to buy a new console, yet. A lack of NPCs doesn't bother me anyway. I play Kingdom Hearts and that game has like no NPC's ![]()

I'm the proud owner of a lovely Xb360 Arcade which I constantly worry will one day break (not really worth it to upgrade to Next gen yet)
Thought I might bring some earl grey and a proper bone china teapot and some tea cakes can't go wrong with tea cakes

Same here. I'm also taking classes to get my BSN (bachelor's degree in nursing), so I really don't have the option of buying a new system. As for whether I'll re-buy it for my PS4 when I get one...maybe.

Yep, count me in the Xbox 360 crowd. I'm too poor to shell out $400.00 for Xbox One.
(I do have $68.00 saved towards one though)

PS4's are expensive - 450 dollars. I'm still unsure if I can buy one and DAI, which 70 dollars where I live (Canada).
