I believe this is a bug?

In the Tapestry under Paragon of Her Kind, the choice for "Who Destroyed the Anvil of the Void" has 3 choices.

1. Defeated Branka (aka side with Caridin) - Liberator achievement

2. Branka ended her own life (she destroys the anvil and then kills herself) - Liberator achievement

3. Joined forces against Caridin (aka side with Branka) - Pragmatist achievement

When I select #2 (Branka destroys the anvil, kills herself, and dwarves join the army), the ISS always plays the response for #3 (Branka lived and golems joined the army).

Technically speaking, the outcome of #1 and #2 are identical with slightly different dialogues - both siding with Caridin and convincing Branka to kill herself, get the Warden a dwarven army and a destroyed anvil.

When I checked this same choice in the ISS (the "Edit Choice" button during Varic's voice-over), only two checkboxes appeared - "Side with Branka," or "Side with Caridin." "Side with Branka" pre-checked, and the option for Branka killing herself was entirely absent.

Does anyone know what exactly is going on?

I think the problem is more so that there is no voiced dialogue for branka killed herself/destroyed the anvil so instead of putting that choice there, they kept it to:

Anvil destroyed =sided with cardin or Anvil intact=branka alive.

I don't know if they can fix this in time since it requires them to record more dialogue first and enough people to demand it. It should be there imo.

I don't see how it matters. Either way, Branka is dead and the Anvil is destroyed.

At this point you could probably consider the ISS to be non-updated

I didn't even know it was possible to convince her to kill herself and take the anvil with her. I must have failed that persuasion check...

It's not as hard or time consuming as you'd think to record some additional dialogue. 2 weeks until start date is plenty of time.

except the VO may not be available even in the next two weeks. They'll have to fly him back out to LA, arrange the hotel, flight, move his work schedule etc.

I'm not saying they will do it. Don't imagine they will.  Just saying it's possible.  And I don't know what his work schedule is, but I imagine bioware has him under contract for voice until the launch of the game and a bit after just for emergencies.  Plus if they really need it that badly, all they'd need is a recording studio which wouldn't be that hard to find where ever he is.

Unless he's in the middle of nowhere.  XD

Actually, now that I think about it, I know they still have him under contract for any dlc content they shell out.

Which may not include more Keep work. It may spell out exactly what work he is obligated to do.

Very true, but I find it unlikely they wouldn't add the Keep into it.  It is still in beta.
BUT, the original point I was only making was that it wouldn't be too hard/time-consuming to do some more voice work.
