World State is not saving/syncing is broken

So I have two problems.  

 

1) I cannot make any changes to my tapestry as the keep times out and does not make any changes.  It used to give me a error:timeout and now gives me a please refresh your browser and try again.  I am using windows 8.1 and have tried internet explorer, chrome, and firefox all with the exact same issues.  I have sent numerous messages to people at bioware but just got responses asking for the above information and then no responses or updates after.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

2) I cannot make it through the syncing process.  I get to the end where it should tell my story and it errors out.  It will let me access the tapestry after this but if I debug the syncing the same thing happens again.  Note that all my characters seem to have been imported, so at least there is that.  

 

I would greatly appreciate any advice and assistance that I can get as I would really like to be able to make a world state before DA:I comes out so I'm not left with the prebuilt mode that the game starts with.  

 

Also, please post if you are having this issues so that maybe the developers will address it more quickly if multiple people have the same problem.

Try https://dragonagekee...lt/#product/dao and dont re-do syncing.

 

Try a different device as well (different connection as well)

I vaguely remember having this problem a few times where it would flip out and tell me whatever I just did was erased. That and it just would tell me it saved it but it actually didn't.

 

It's all fine now though.

 

Until your problem gets fixed, I don't think its a Keep-wide issue, maybe just on your side? Try using a different computer, even at a public library, or a tablet or a phone until this gets resolved. But rest assured, you have 2 weeks.

So I tried this on my Ipad and it works but some of the options don't fit on the screen and so I can't select them.  Anyone know how to fix this?

I know this sounds dumb, but did you scroll out or invert the axes of the screens? Sometimes that works, idk
