Sir Christopher Frank Carandini Lee for the "British" Male VA
Laurence Fishburne for the "American" Male VA
I am satisfied with the current Female VA's
yoda.
Miss Piggy.
Tell me you wont use it.
I would have liked to have a Welsh accent (given that we are going to have the Dalish option) but I understand that's not really feasible on the grand scale of things. Would have been nice though haha. I have an extensive list of VA crushes so I won't bother posting it.
mark strong for british voice for human or qunari. Lennie james for the britsih elf. I could see sean connery as a dwarf although it would be scottish not british. Jennifer hale for female human and elf. There are others I just can't remember.
Oh russel crow for american human and qunari voice.
Christopher Walken for my Dwarf Rogue, Dolph Lundgren and Steve Austin for my Qunari Warriors, Nicholas Cage for my Human mage.
Steve Blum for male Inquisitor. Eva Green for female Inquisitor.
Mary Elizabeth McGlynn
Bridget Regan
Lana Parrilla
Craig Parker
Simon Larvaron
Mark Ryder
Richard Armitage
..I'll stop now...
Natasha Little. She voiced the female Sith Warrior in SWTOR, and pretty much embodies the types of voices I'd like to see more of from females in video games.
I mean, I like Jen Hale, who tends to often carry the flag for female voice empowerment in video games (if that's a thing) but when she tries to sound "mature" and "tough", it just comes across as trying too hard, and more often than not, I just wish she'd speak in her normal voice, whereas Natasha Little has that naturally deeper, almost smoker's voice, that leaves no doubt that this isn't some damsel in distress/little girl talking.
That said, I'm not sure she's really a VA, as I don't believe she's really done much (or anything), outside of SWTOR.
If I had to pick a more traditional name, Jo Wyatt, who voiced femHawke. Primarily because I love the accent.
I'm not terribly high on the male Inquisitor's voice. I kind of like a little more...well..."balls" in my male voices. I've grown to like the female Inquisitor. It's like Leliana's voice, re-imagined with an British accent. Amusingly, the male Inquisitor's voice, while recognizably male, is almost no deeper than her voice. :/
Christopher Walken for my Dwarf Rogue, Dolph Lundgren and Steve Austin for my Qunari Warriors, Nicholas Cage for my Human mage.
I'd play a dwarf rogue for every playthrough if Walken would do the voice.
I love Jen Hale, but not for a role like this somehow. I love the female voices we have available, particularly the American-accented one. If I had to go outside of those two, well, I loved the rogue in Diablo 1 and Demon Hunter in Diablo III. And I did love FemHawke. A crazy idea that just might work, too, is the Mother from HIMYM; I thought she was adorable in every way. But really, I'd love to try my hand at voice acting a protagonist again. So I'm gonna be weird and say I'd like to voice my own. I think it would be one hell of an adventure.
Just as well that I can't, though. Omg spoilers! ![]()
Michael Ironside for human male inquisitor, Sylvester Stallone for Qunari inquisitor. For female Inquisitor I would want an obviously Dutch or German woman doing it as their voices just do it for me on every level. Maybe Jennifer Hale if she isn't using her femshep voice.
