I decided to wait on the game for financial reasons but i want to be able to buy the deluxe edition post launch will it be available still on origin

I highly doubt they would remove the deluxe edition, they haven't for any other game. Mind you, if they offer any pre-purchase stuff, then you will miss out (can't remember if that is a thing for DAI)

Those are only limited for pre-ordering the normal edition. There is no such restriction on the digital deluxe edition.
