I'm looking to get a little feedback prior to the release of DA : Inquisition regarding my pc's specs and a laptop's specs in comparision to the released specs for Inquisition.

 

On my Desktop pc I've got 16gb's of memory, a 6 core amd cpu(slightly older), and an HSI 7970 IceQ 2 gpu with 3gb's of video memory.

 

 

THen the specs on a laptop , its an MSI  gaming series laptop with Intel Core i7-4700HQ processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 850m with 2gb's of ddr5 memory, and 8gbs of ddr3 onboard memory.

 

 

I know they arent quite up to par i dont think with the "recommended" specs but I was wondering if anyone could offer a bit of their own input on how they think these 2 systems would run Inquisition without having to take to much away from the graphic settings.

I think you will get very good results. The first one, depending on how much the game is optimized probably will run the game at maximum (1080p).

 

Your laptop, also depending on the optimization of the game, will run at high/maximum.

 

But, I don't know if you will be able to achieve 60 fps on those plataforms. 30 fps I'm sure.

It won't be as good on the laptop as the desktop. But it will play very well on both

Thats good to know, Me and my gf were wondering how well her laptop would run Inquisition. I'd hate to see her have to tone down the graphic settings to much just to be able to enjoy it.
