I think it would be very helpful in the Tapestery if it told you where in your Journal to look for the answer.
For example in the Tapestery under Paragon of Her Kind for the choice of Dagna it could remind you to look at "Completed Quests > Orzammar > An Unlikely Scholar" entry in your DA:O Journal to remind you what happened.
Obviously not going to be useful to anyone who deleted DA:O and/or their save game but for those who still have them sitting around it would be very valuable.
