Only half the Keep is dedicated to the choices you made in Origins.  Clearly they're trying to pretend it never happened.

When you load up the Keep it defaults to Origins. I think they're trying to erase DA2. You have to move to it and everything.

I have to admit I'm no fan of Hawke, but I suspect that's influenced by the fact that I was pretty underwhelmed by DA2 as a whole and I found the voice of FemHawke in particular especially bland and lacking in any emotion.

That said, I have no problem with Hawke reappearing in DA:I. His/her story is clearly integral to the war between the Mages and the Templars. Not to mention that the whole structure of DA2 was built around Cassandra's search for the Champion so, given that she's going to feature prominently in DA:I, Hawke is as much a part of her story as anything else.

Plus, treated correctly, our view of characters can change from game to game. I hardly ever used Garrus in Mass Effect, for example. I just found him far less interesting than Wrex or Tali, Liara or, Hell, even arch-xenophobe Ashley. When it was announced he was returning for ME2, I really struggled to understand how on Earth Bioware had decided that might be a good idea. However, once I got into that game, I warmed to him enormously and, by the end of ME3, his friendship with Shepard was one of the game's core emotional strengths.

So, whatever you thought of Hawke in DA2, you may well be surprised at how much your opinion has changed by the end of DA:I. As John Lennon might have said, give Hawke a chance!   ;)

I've always thought of Hawke's voice like a gender-reversed Shepard, because I hear a lot of the same complaints but for opposite genders. People complain about M!Shepard having a really bland voice in the same way F!Hawke does. Opposite for F!Shep, who some people claim is too emotional and how Paragon/Renegade F!Shep seems like two different people.

I think DA2 has the same issue but reversed. F!Hawke's voice across the dominant tones remains mostly the same. When I was playing the game I found it very easy to switch the tone of my response without breaking immersion, because she always sounded like the same person. I felt this let me RP far more strongly, since rather than feeling constrained to always be humorous, aggressive, or diplomatic I could crack jokes, get angry or be diplomatic whenever the need arose. The same, however, could not be said for M!Hawke, who I felt put a lot more emotion into the tones to the point where switching tone gave me character whiplash. I think M!Hawke is far stronger if you decide to stick with a single tone through the whole game, because of the personality Nick Boulton injected into the tones. I vastly prefer Purple for M!Hawke than F!Hawke, for example.

Or, and this is 99.99% more likely, they are prioritizing decisions that they put into the Keep, starting with the ones that have an impact in DA:I and that are easy to add because they don't have that many outcomes.

They can then add additional decisions later, as they become relevant or as they are requested.

When the closed beta first started not only did the Keep look nothing like it looks today but it didn't have half the decisions in it.

Since Origin's fans are regarded by devs as vestigial or naive (example), and Warden absence is confirmed (it seems DA franchise has to move forward, but hey, let's bring Hawke again beacuse you know, she was so awesome), will be able at least to ignore Hawke's quest or whatever she does in Inquisition? Or her quest/appearence/cameo will be unavoidable?

I don't like her and it would be cool that players could ignore her appearence without consequence.

No. Like it or not, she's part of the setting, and has very close ties to the events in DAI. The whole point of DA2 was Cassandra interrogating Varric to find out where Hawke is and how involved he/she was with the events that are being dealt with at the very start of DAI (the mage/templar war).

So yeah, you're not going to get to ignore Hawke, because Hawke being involved in DAI is a good thing. It provides a narrative continuity with DA2, and makes the events of DA2 more meaningful.

That said, the comment about DAO fans being "vestigial" or "naive" is just ludicrous (even your example doesn't even come close to maybe somewhat implying that). Just because Hawke is going to be involved in DAI doesn't somehow mean that designers don't like DAO fans.

By that same logic, DAI is a SLAP IN THE FACE to all of us who loved the Mabari companion, because we don't get one in DAI.

I never found FemHawke bland, but maybe it's because Shiala is still fresh in my mind. Heh, Zhuuuu'z Hope.

Wait ... no mabari companion?

Dammit, I'm cancelling my pre-order now!
