I vote Vorcha. It's instantaneous and does not cost shields/barriers. I always get some sort of delayed response with the teleporting dodges and the jetpack can be unpredictable sometimes.

-combat roll is mechanically almost equally good, but is silly and convoluted looking Keanu Reeves nonsense. Plus Master Race quarians can do one as well by switching weapons/ using cobra.
-Shadow/AIU dodge is pretty good but comparatively slower than the previous two
-Vorcha is okay but annoying and they aren't worth playing anyway, so it's irrelevant
-Asari drains barriers. Yeah, let me dodge this hit to my shields by draining my shields. Intelligent
-Teleports either drain barriers or take way too long, especially off host. EDIT: line of hack spliced geth propaganda designed for making quarians look bad redacted
-jetboots take too long and often put one far out of position unnecessarily. If I want the same distance in the same time, I can just sidestep/ roll twice
-EDIT: Collector is like jetboots but even worse
-Nododge characters are nonsensical

Most of them are pretty good I find. Asari, Quarian hop and vorcha are all good.

Teleport dodges work perfectly fine when you have no shields left, or are on health, or healthgate, or whatever.
