Combat rolls are the best. Jet packs are the worst. Female quarians are the most aesthetically pleasing.

Re: Teleports
The Cabal Teleport has a faster startup than the Fury/Slayer one, so I give the edge to the Cabal, over them. It makes the teleport more viable for actual combat applications. The other two are admittedly slow. Cabal might have my favorite.
Re: Barrier Guzzling Dodges
My favorite part about them is that they're usually good minus the hit to the barriers, AND can be basically spammed with impunity while the barriers are already down. I forget if it affects the regen delay at all, but sometimes it's just better to get the hell out of there instead of taking cover. Especially
Re: Collector Dodge:
Unlike Turian Jetpacks, It can go diagonally, which is a massive edge if the maps are memorized. It's not the best for actual dodging (Forget rolling under a rocket, this lifts you into it) but damn if it's mobility doesn't get you out of trouble if used right.
Just my thoughts.

The only problem with the Cabal's is that it's "bugged". And with the quotes I mean that I'm not sure if it's really a bug or if the devs intended it to be this dumb. The problem is that, if you try to teleport to a location that is not allowed, you teleport in place. And usually die a painful death shortly afterwards. Although it might not be that problematic in most circumstances, there are certainly some that turn playing this character from a pure joy experience to an utter nightmare, like playing on London, with all the low cover lieing around.
In comparison, the Fury's/Slayer's is slower, but much more reliable: if you try to teleport to a place that is not allowed, you DO teleport, but you end up on your trajectory either just before or just after that object, which is usually enough to save your sorry ass.
That's why I much prefer the Slayer's/Fury's.

1. Shadow/Drell - simple, no problems if lag (unlike teleport dodges), great animations over cover, excellent feeling of flow in combat.
Turian jet packs are not as bad as they're made out to be - they just require... finesse. IIRC it's pretty damn good once you get the hang of it, but harder on some maps (glacier). Playing a melee jetpack turian helps to get good with the dodge.

Asari - quick, reliable and instantaneous. I use to think its barrier depelting very stupid, figured I wanna dodge because I DON'T want to lose barrier but now I'm ok with it.
Combat roll - also very responsive and gives you even a smaller profile while doing it. Of all available (though they are the same) I find Volus masters at it. I belive the character model also plays a role here. In case you haven't noticed, some characters turn quicker while some are slower.
Quarian/Geth hop - pretty straight forward and efficient.
All other fancy dodges need some learning curve to execute efficiently. And they are not very reliable IMO.
Fury, Cabal, Slayer, jet Turians, the ACA...have the worst dodges for quick and carefree evasions.

I vote Vorcha. It's instantaneous and does not cost shields/barriers. I always get some sort of delayed response with the teleporting dodges and the jetpack can be unpredictable sometimes.
I'd go with Vorcha, Drell, Shadow, and Asari. Not in any particular order.
Fury and Cabal would go on the list if their teleport was more reliable.

Asari dash is my favorite by far. It seems to be the quickest and most pinpoint, and though it costs some shield, it's worth it in the long run.
I do also enjoy the Cabal/Fury warp dash.
