Cover to adjacent cover. Normally when you are in cover and being shot at, and want to leave cover to run somewhere else. Your Turian will then roll to the adjacent cover and resume taking fire. It's like the Turian enhanced version of walls sucking you in as you try to run past them.

Oh that - yea, that comes in handy when I try to run with pizza and botch it up. It seems to cover more ground than simply carrying it over there. Most actions I do with cover is vaulting and going for a grab.
Roll like a Volus, dodge like a Juggernaut.
If you exclude the teleportation dodges of the Fury, Cabal, Slayer then I would lean towards the Asari's being the best.
1: Drell/Alliance Infiltration Unit (the back dodge on this one is the best)

4: Armiger Legion's Jet Pack. It may be slow. It may be hated by all of you, but in the end... it is still a jet pack.

I tried that yesterday on Rio and my Turian refused to roll. He was probably upset I used him for completing boring weapon challenges again. ^^
