Most likely, she's older than most of the other characters. If you are friend to her, she will admire and respect you, but settling down and such is not what she wants which is why she fits the Sunburst Throne so well. She's very ambitious.

I understand that she didn't want to 'cheat' on her lover, and I couldn't see her moving on so quickly after his passing either. Also, it's possible she had eyes on the Sunburst throne since the Conclave incident.
It wouldn't benefit her to start a relationship then she would end it after becoming the Divine (Cassandra is a good example of the situation and Vivienne wouldn't dare mess with the status quo). It would likely sour their relationship.
If the circumstances were different, it would be nice to delve deeper in a romance than the surface that we are given.
As it is, it doesn't bother me because of the circumstances.

It sucks because she's the most attractive female in DAI and I would have loved to make a straight romance with her. Hell, one of the most attractive woman BW has created (up there with Miranda, Samara, and Morrigan)

Agreed.
Leliana is pretty....though honestly they changed her damn face every game in DA:I she doesn't look one bit as DAO. For me among ladies it has always been Morrigan, Vivienne took crown in DA:I, I simply love her look...those cheekbones, those eyes, lips....absolute perfection 
(plus she is based of my favorite villain Maleficent...so there is that too.).

Jack has a very beautiful face, very beautiful brown eyes, and very beautiful facial expressions. It's only now that I realize. The thing is I didn't find attractive the punk style and way of life and it blinded me quite a bit. But now I see it, and you're right. As for Miranda, I hope you won't hit me, but i find her very pretty too XD !

I think it's harder to tell because of the change in engines, but Isabela as she appears in DAMP has a much lighter skintone than Vivienne in the main game.

Hehe, as I said woman that she was face modeled is breathtaking....but for some '?' reason BW kinda.....let's just say made her look different then her face model(they seriously made huge jaw). I mean this is what I'm talking about:

She's a person of color but she looks like an Indian and/or Spaniard with Moorish blood. And they portrayed her as a slutty/******/jezebel/ black woman stereotype which is very offensive of how they represent black women as such, but Vivienne is far from those stereotypes, she got class, don't take **** from nobody, strong, articulate, and beautiful. And she's not a romance option and Isabella is the ONLY woman of color to be romance option to have sex with? I find that very suspicious of how BioWare deals with women of color. And yes.
