Well, one reason is Shepard's reactions go against this:

6. Flirting doesn’t make sense to you.

Maybe it goes right over your head, or it makes you uncomfortable. The idea of flirting seems pointless—why do that when you can have a proper, deep conversation and get to the know the person instead? Maybe when someone gets flirty, you just have no idea how to respond and would prefer to run in the other direction. You feel frustrated that you can’t just talk to someone normally—why do they have to hit on you? Your friends point out that people were flirting with you or checking out out later, or you realize only belatedly. You tend to avoid situations, like parties or clubs, where you can expect lots of flirting, and if you do, you’re either on high alert or happily oblivious.

Shepard doesn't experience any obliviousness or discomfort from Kaidan's flirts and does some flirting himself, thus going against an aspect of demisexuality.

I think what qualifies as flirting here is a matter of perspective. Can you give some specific examples of flirting that Shepard and Kaiden engage in before the establishment of a relationship?

If what qualifies as flirting is a subjective matter, and I think it is, then your parameters here seem pretty rigid.

Everyone pretty much became a sexhound in Inquisition, mainly the bisexuals. I think they pretty much all see it as some form of weapon.

Well, I'm not sure anyone is using it as a weapon on inquisitor (at least). Bull and Solas could, I suppose, but I'm not seeing the game going into that direction. Vivienne is capable but not romanceable. Sera does this to the elfy elf....but rather poorly. Cassandra would more likely use an actual weapon. Blackwall is pretty much in my doghouse so I don't know about him, there is a bizarru trial scene from what I know. Dorian also not the type and definitely not Cullen. What makes you say so, though?

Have... Have you actually romanced anybody in Inquisition?

that's not what happened. Trust me I know. I remember Kaiden trying some moves on Shepard who didn't like what he heard and a week later Kaiden ended up dead in a nuclear blast. Ashley comforted Shepard afterwards so it had a happy ending.

I did, and pretty much everyone is sex-hungry with or without their romance line. Think Isabella on a widespread scale.

Like Josephine, for example.

Yeah, no. See, this here makes me think you haven't romanced anybody in Inquisition. Even Bull, the most promiscuous companion, isn't "sex hungry".

I just love how sex hungry Josephine is.

That great, steamy sex scene. Oh yeah.

Incorrect.

Bull is really sex hungry when he stops being promiscuous to commit to the Inquisitor. Yep. Look at that wh*re, having sex with only 1 person.

Constantly talking about it, BDSM references, lines like "He's been taking it"...

Maybe not sex hungry, but written atrociously. Newgrounds flash games had better writing than half of Inquisition's romances.

It was supposed to be cheesy, it's done on purpose.

He talks about sex quite a bit.  The only reason they don't have more sex scenes in the game is the cost in man hours.  Listen to their party banter dialogue.  Bull had sex with people in Haven, in Skyhold, he'll sex up Dorian if you give him none and he gets frisky with Cassandra when she kills a lot of people while fighting.

Sera is flirting with you way on about why she's helping because you're so pretty, etc.

We don't even need to look further than Josephine for an example of a romance in DAI with no sexual content.

Zevran, also a sex hound, was more ...I dunno...just better but then it could be the Puss in Boots accent.

Come on now, you're like the 50th person he had sex with in the game by the time you and him get monogamous.  That does count for sex hungry, meaning...ya want sex.  Sexually promiscuous is another and he was that before you "commit".

I know nothing about your immortal, whatever he or she is, but tongue-in-cheek is not suppose be serious. There  are many instances where DAI doesn't take itself seriously and this is one of them.

Define better, I've found him flirting to be very cheesy.

They're both "cheesy" but Zevran did the cheesy first, did it with an accent, was more sophisticated (see his banter with Wynne) it just feels tired by this point.  But I know there are Bull fans.  I just can't get into the boobs that are 5x the size of his head.  He's like the polar opposite of Tweedy Bird.  I don't know how Tweedy flies or how Bull sees his own feet.

Cheesy's one thing. Alistair or Zevran's lines were cheesy. They were humorously so. Bull, along with many others in Inquisition, is unfunnily cheesy to the point of being awkward and poorly-written. "lolrandom" is not an excuse for dialogue that sounds like it came from a DeviantART trollfic.

I miss the days when Dragon Age was a dark game with a dark tone and sprinkles of comedy to lighten things up. Now it's a total farce with a mocking and "cheesy" tone with occasional dark moments (hardly dark compared to Origins) to remind you it's the empty, dried-up husk of what Bioware's games once were before EA sucked their profitable blood to its last droplets.
