Maybe this is a stupid question but, weren't we supposed to be getting a poll about the DLC content that was missing from the Keep? We got one for Origins and Dragon Age 2 in quick succession, is that still coming next?

My DLC is still not unlocked, and last I checked Cullen is still for some reason my companion. lol Bioware is probably prioritizing, and are putting off fixing the DLC and minor plot points in the Keep.

I was actually talking about a poll about potential DLC choices to be added in the tapestry. That's what they said was coming after their Dragon Age 2 choices poll, I believe.

I mean the poll choices would probably be added after the game is released since by the time they had the polls the game was done and the Dev team wasn't gonna do more to add to the game so the Keep team could more or less take their time adding the DLC tiles at this point

Doesn't mean they can't do a poll now. Answer to OPs question, I figure they'll make it when they're ready, they don't exactly announce when they're about to put up polls.

Without a doubt, but it's just a matter of what the writers want to put in the poll since they are the ones who have to write the possible consequences of the winning poll choice.

They way the previous were was a poll on the 3 most popular choices submitted and then we choose one and I guess that goes to the writers

Why would it go to the writers? O.o The polls were for adding options to the Keep not what options should impact DAI or future games. So they just need to send the options to the artists to draw the tiles. They might vet the choices by the writers before the poll to make sure that the relevant choice isn't being retconned in some way, but I don't see any reason for the poll options to go to the writers beyond that.

What I mean was the winning option then goes to the writers for the write up or w/e and then it has it's card drawn.
Not that the poll itself goes to them

The writers and the Keep team work together to decide what choices gets to go into a poll. For example some of the ones we want are the fate of Oriana, fate of Jowan, and let's throw Master Wade forging Vigilance in there. We all vote and the Jowan wins the poll. Now the writers have to come up with a scenario for Jowan whether it's for the next DA game or maybe some quest DLC for Inquisition down the road, or just a simple codex entry. Either way the writing team (or just the ppl who map out DA lore at BioWare) has to get together to decide what to do. Hell they just might not be involved in the process and leave it upto the Keep team, but still meetings happen and decisions are made into what's gets polled and that takes time. Add to the fact the Keep team is all about fixing the known issues so the Keep is ready before the Inquisition is released in 2 weeks now they grinding over there. Their only comfort is Pandas and coffee. Oh and their pets of course lolWhat I mean was the winning option then goes to the writers for the write up or w/e and then it has it's card drawn.

O_o The writers don't have to write anything about choices that make it into the Keep. I'm not sure where you got that idea. The writers and the Keep team work together to decide what choices gets to go into a poll. That's why I put on the bottom the people who map out DA lore, my point was that it isn't just upto the Keep team that decide what gets polled. Remember that Laidlaw said that the Cullen friendship tile was supposed to be removed? My point was that it isn't just upto the Keep team that decides what goes into the Keep. I just say the writing team because that is what I think happens. Just my opinion based on what Laidlaw said last week.O_o The writers don't have to write anything about choices that make it into the Keep. I'm not sure where you got that idea.
Or. You know that could be a question for the twitch this week (there is one right?)

They have said previously that tiles have to go to the writers to be written.

Doesn't really matter to me since any tiles they put in the Keep won't have any affect on DAI at all since the game is finished, any choices that will affect were in from the beginning.

That means this is your last DA game then...
