So it has to be either the Warden or Shepard for this team or at least a playable character? If so, the Warden as Leader. Otherwise I'd go with Revan since he has a good strategic and tactical mind, at least in KoTOR. If a non-playable character is also an option, then I'd go with Lelouch from Code Geass.
