I always side with the mages. But I suspect Meredith likes mages...
Mage Hawke: Mederith, why do you always want me to do things for you?
Mederith: Because... I said so... (looks the other way)
Mage Hawke: Whatever... (walks away)
Mederith: ...

So wrong. So disturbing. So hilarious.
Anyway, Anders was a very interesting character. While it would be weird if he showed up in my DAI game after my primary Hawke murder-knifed him, I hope Bioware finds a way to include him in the game's of players who spared his life in DAII.

Shoot! If they don't I'm going to have to go back into the keep and put him back as dead. I only meta-game spared him cause I'm hoping his deed gets brought up in proper detail otherwise rewriting history and not killing that terrorist was a.....mistake.
Meredith: Yes. Her voice actress is phenomenal, and has been in so many video games... She even voiced Amanra from Age of Mythology! She has the perfect voice for a cold/serious woman. Beyond the voice actress... Uh, Red Templars. We'll see mention of her for sure, but I don't know if her statue will ever get up and move again. But yeah, I'd love to see her "redeemed"... Insane Meredith I do not support, "we do what me must" Meredith I liked.
Orsino: This guy I didn't relate to as much. And he is even more dead than Meredith.... So no, he can remain dead.
Anders: Yes, of course, for the inevitable pro-mage playthrough i'll do after my real runs. I also want a more satisfying execution for him. And he ties into the story SO much I'd be shocked if we did not see him, or atleast found out what became of him via Hawke/Varric/Reports
We know that Sarcastic Hawke ships them... ![]()
As for Meredith, I think it'd be nice to see something about her before she went crazy, perhaps something about her when she was younger and rallied the Templars to take on Viscount Threnhold when he attempted to evict the Order from Kirkwall?
With Orsino, I'd like to see something that'd better explain or retcon the reasons for his breakdown at the end? I've always suspected that one of the mages killed in the battle at the Gallows was perhaps his lover, which would have made his reaction far more understandable? It'd be far better than him just going crazy because... reasons?
None of those....but Tallis
Anders didn't just cross the line -- he took a flying leap over it. Mages don't deserve to be penned like livestock, but whatever chance they had at peacefully changing their lot in life and gaining true acceptance in society went up in smoke with the Chantry.
Anders would be interesting to have back. He'll Justice/Vengeance his way into the Mage/Templar fray.
Seeing Meredith's backstory in a flashback would be amazing.
I'd also like to see more of the relationship that Orsino had with Quentin.
Only one out of the three: Anders, has a chance of actually returning though.
knight commander meredith for sure. would pay for companion dlc.
I'd like to see Anders and Orsino again.
Varric is already coming back, so...
Basically me everytime I play a rogue in an rpg. ![]()
I adore Anders and hope we get to see him again... and I hope he's in a better place
I want to kick Justice out of his body/mind. Hate that damn spirit!
Sister Petrice. Loved her in DA:2
Def one of my favorites.

Definitely a freak.
The only reason id want Anders to return is so i can impale him with the horns of my Qunari
well I will bring real justice to real Anders, the imposter from 2 will have a Sub Zero Fatality dead from the original Awakening Anders (a.k.a first world inquisitor)

Thing is, i think he'll return regardless if we "killed him" or not, they may say Justice/Vengeance allowed him to survive the murder knife.
On a serious level, it would be interesting to see him leading the resistance but that intrigue will only last if im given the opportunity to kill him
(preferably like this with my qunari)

Spoiler
if he survives no matter our choices then i call the third world too:
Shayle squishes him now with the mawl instead of her rock crystaled fists
This video perfectly describes how I (and my main Hawke) felt about all of them
