No i do not have both im low budget lol but how do i use the DA keep without a PC or smartphone?  They need to have it as an app for the xbox one/ps4 Oh and by the way im blind to dragon age so im not watching any videos about the keep.

I know that you can access it via the browser of a PS4 (probably the xbox one as well but I don't have one so can't say for sure)

Just use the web browser that is on the Xbox One or PS4. That is assuming you have a next gen console.

Actually, due to the game being released on previous gen consoles, you can still access it via the PSN or the Xbox Network.

Ways to access the keep

 

• PC (own, friends, works, library)
• Smartphone (own, friends)
• Browser on a console (PS3. PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)
• Tablet  (own, friends)
• Smart T.V. (if it has a browser) 
• Internet enabled Fridge (if it has a browser)

All you need to do is access the Keep, create your World state & then select 'Export to DA:I' Then when you start a new game, you can pull the data that you exported into DA:I.

 

So even if you only had access to a PC or Smartphone for 5 minutes - you could get it done.

Scratch xbox 360 off the list. It doesnt support html5 properly so the keep doesnt work (or so I hear. I havent actually used it on mine)

I've never really used the browser on the Xbox 360 so I never noticed it had issues with html 5

2, Use your IPHONE 

3, Ask your mom or any relatives for a mobile phone

4, Go to the libraries

5, Hit on a girl, go to her house, use her computer when she is in the bathroom
