I'm a power lifter and I lift as much as I play computer games. I also know many people I'd consider gamers who lift and do sports on a daily basis.

Used to play plenty of floorball and football/soccer before. But since I moved those two sports aren't possible anymore. Which is a shame, since I really liked playing them.
