70 every two days? That's not Bunz tier.

That's not anything tier. That's 35 a day. But you've got to start somewhere. Honestly, sporadic sets of 25 (of any calisthenics) throughout the day is pretty easy if you're used to it.

Bunz, you're a pretty guy. I think you should definitely try some eye liner and filler tho to be even prettier. I'd take you in one of those toilets. I'm a nice guy too, I always give a reach around.

Awww, man. I feel left out.

I'm a power lifter and I lift as much as I play computer games. I also know many people I'd consider gamers who lift and do sports on a daily basis.

There it goes your stereotype.

Gamers either discover the awesomeness of working out or their body is going to get screwed up and therefore they will be forced to work out!

Pretty much this. When it gets bad it's time to come out of semi-retirement for a few months.

Not pull ups, especially pronated ones

I've been a gym member for years and go about 2-3 times a week.

I do a lot more cardio though lately because too much mass is bad for athletics.

Well...now that I've seen it for myself I do believe I'm going to have to agree with OWA on this one...

Weren't you already licking her boots? Anyway I'm not even defending Bunz here, he's bloody asking for it. If you guys were smart you'd be overly nice to him or just ignore him

Paging OWA... Please report to the latest Bunzthread

 You paged? :D

Weren't you already licking Bunz's ass boots already since the second he posted his first toilet selfie? Not to mention Krogan's every time he ever entered a thread? You do have a soft spot for those selfie pumped up fella's, but hey, maybe changing your own selfie from a one with a face who has a slice of pizza smashed all over her face to one with you wearing a dress in front of the sun, holding a little dog and smiling fakely, might just get Bunz's and Krogan's attention... maybe.... And Dermain has never licked my boots, he doesn't need to, he has eyes on his own and a mind of his own, so if more than one person can see what you are.. well then...

Oh and I've been reading a little of your comments.. being thin is not being healthy, being fit/in shape or just plane eating healthy is being healthy. Being or looking like a skeleton thin is not healthy if that is what you meant, a little is necessary on the body, otherwise that is unhealthy. Being thin and eating pizza's every day is unhealthy as hell and don't tell me you can't be thin and eat that sort every day cause you can, I know several girls who can without gaining weight. So no, being thin is not just the answer.

Oh and I go to the gym several times a week too, so I guess one more gamer works out.

Pull ups are bad for your palms!

I guess I can do around 20 (I used to do 16 times several months ago), not considering how awful my hand palms will become!

Just wondering why more gamers don't exercise as much as I do?

By pray tell do you work a job in which you work 40 hours a week doing some kind of physical labor? Did you realize  that the majority of people who work in the united states perform physical labor jobs? Did you also consider that most people who work out, do so because they don't actually have physically strenuous work as a normal part of their work week? While there certainly are a good deal of hard core gamers out there that are out of shape, it's likely because they have very comfortable lives in which they don't have to do much, and don't really care about their personal health of fitness, or just their fitness.

Also some people who don't play video games, and do care about their health still manage to stay overweight or obese simply because they don't know how to balance their diet correctly. Dieting is so much more important than the physical exertion of exercise. Your body wants to work at its best and if a lot of overweight people knew how to balance their meals their bodies would gradually regress back to a more functionally fit state all on its on over time.

In fact exercising is more of a way to fool the body into producing more muscle than the person actually needs for its everyday life. A Lumberjack builds muscle up in his arms and chest simply because his job constantly requires him to exhort large amounts of force for a prolonged period of time, chopping and hauling wood thus is a required daily exercise and those muscles will stay with him long after he stops being a lumber jack. A body builder on the other hand will rapidly begin to lose muscle mass if he doesn't continue to pump iron, and stuff large amounts of protein into his body, his body doesn't actually need those muscles for anything and thus burns them much more quickly in his off seasons.

That, or small 'ahem'. the P.Ts with big egos, and attention seeking ones always seem to have a small package. I mean they wear short tight training pants,so you can tell most times.

PERVERT !! Some weenie are smaller than others when chill though :P

Has someone who worked many years in construction( I don't do this anymore) and I could not agree more. They were fat people too.. But they were actually quite fit.. They just were gluton lol. Being very buff is actually an handicap for tough physical labor job.

I remember again this job I had back in the old day.. It was landscaping for over 12 hours in my first day. I was so beat and sunburned. Back home I put myself on the balance and I had lost over 15-20LBS .. Not fat.. It was all water lol. I think I almost killed myself :x. I could not even lift up any tool at the end of the day and actually injured my feet badly ( So I had to quit).  Point taken .. If out of shape .. Don't do 12 hours of tough landscaping :P .

Depends, look at professional sprinters, to run fast you need all the upper body strength you can get.

And you need a proper pair of shoes.

All my shoes are either loose or too tight to run comfortably.

*has very bad luck in both shopping and souvenirs*

Better question is, why do you care what other people get up to, OP?
