I want to see Sera attempt to flirt with Leliana and get immediately turned down, without a second thought.
It sounds almost as though you already have the outlines for a few fanfics.
Varric + Harding - no reasons to explain why.
Sera + Josephine or Leliana and Josephine.
Vivienne + Blackwall - I can see another Zaeed Massani and Samara romantic talk.
Cassandra + Cullen - Both seem like harden soldiers ready to fight. Both also seem to be religious or such.

Iron Bull + Dorian - I'll admit would be interesting. Because of their peoples differences, it'd be like a Garrus/Shep romance. Garrus' people hate humans, and vice versa. An alternate version of Shepards talk with Liara, Dorian "Who'd of guess, I'd find comfort in the arms of a Qunari."

a warrior and a diplomat make an interesting pair. I'm probably going to romance Josephine with a warrior in future playtroughs for this reason

Wow there's so many jealous Inquisitors in this thread. What if Isabella stopped by and Sera and Leliana decided they absolutely had to have a threesome with her. How would people feel about that?

I really like the idea of Varric/Harding, Cullen/Josephine and Leliana/Josephine.
I'd like to see flirting between Dorian and Bull if you're locked in with someone else. I don't need them to be in love or hooking up, just some flirting.
I'd be happy to see this too.
Of course, I'd have to see it on youtube because I'm probably going to romance one of the two of them in almost every playthrough.
Otherwise, I'd be happy with a Cassandra/Blackwall situation.
I am sad becuase Sera+Iron Bull is not possible. 
I hope some Dorian+Iron Bull flirt, and I like Blackwall+Josephine. Blackwall+Cassandra.... I don't know this is just too weird for me. xD Still, my favorite is Sera+Iron Bull. If we are here make names for the pairs(sorry for my english ^^"), like Severus Snape+Harry Potter=Snarry etc.
I think we all know that the Iron Bull hooks up with everybody. All will have their turn to ride the Bull.

You see I have a few different headcanons
This is from an AU comic in which fem!Hawke and her family hide out in Tevinter for a little while and she meets Leto pre-tattoos. Now just replace fem!Hawke with Dorian and presto you have an adorable, but tragic ship (albeit fueled heavily by ridiculous headcanons and wishful thinking).
I am sad becuase Sera+Iron Bull is not possible.
I know, I thought Sera and Bull would be really cute together, but I suppose they'll be awesome as bros too. I guess I shall just have to be satisfied with the only possible Team Yolo pair, Dorian+Iron Bull sounds like it could be amusing, but not nearly as adorable.
Dorian + Fenris is like Fenris/Mage!Hawke on crack. It's horribly problematic and so many people would hate it and...I'm really into it.
