¿It is necesary to complete 100 % the dragon age origins campaing to use that save data in dragon age keep? I tried with a 30% completed campaing and do not recognise the save data.

Because the Keep doesn't import any save data.
Everyone has to set it up manually once again.
The syncing only imports achievements, dlcs and so on, just for the looks and nothing more.

No. You can use the Keep even if you have never played Dragon Age at all.
The Keep does not take any information about your decisions or actions from your save games.You have to recreate those decisions in the Tapestry. This is the same whether you have played 100% or 0%.

Your save from DAO and DA2 will not be imported into the Keep. You'll need to recreate your world state.

Currently you can't. They are looking into adding the functionality though.And how can i change my hero´s name?

you can use the standalone CC to make a hero if it matters a lot
