From a survey creation perspective this question was horribly designed:

 

I prefer the following way of playing games:
Single player alone
Single player with other people helping or pad-passing
Multiplayer, in the same room
Multiplayer, over the internet
Team play or Clan play over the internet
Virtual worlds or MMORPGs

 

It should have been either a multiple choice answer or there should have been a choice (or multiple choices) that are a combination of all choices.

 

This one choice could potentially change the result of anyone that prefers multiple of those. I can not understand how someone missed that! /rant
