Most liked.

1. Cassandra. She intrigues me since DA2 and while DotS was weak by itself, it gave some insight in her past and I liked her here. It will be interesting to see her character's development considering how Inquisition will challenge her believes. I like her no-nonsense attitude and a secret romantic side. And she looks awesome. Nevarra for life!

2. Blackwall. I'm interested in GW lore and am glad we finally get an experienced Warden. I liked Duncan a lot and was disappointed we lost him at the beginning of DAO. I want to know what made him to join the Wardens voluntarily despite how unpopular they are lately. We don't know much about him, but what we know I like (he fights to protect people, has a sense of humor and loves puppies.) And I like his look.

3. Tough. Sera? Don't know much about her, just a good feeling. I like her cheerful attitude. And she looks like someone who never gives up.

 

Most disliked.

1. Iron Bull. He is a Qun follower, spy and potential betrayer. I'm also tired of how he is in every trailer and devs always say how awesome and sexy he is. I get it, I want to see for myself.

2. Cole because Asunder.

3. Cullen. I've seen enough of this guy in two previous games. Never liked him. I hope his inclusion will be my biggest annoyance with the Inquisition though.

To be honest for me companions are pretty much as far disappointing for me im at best neutral about them save for dorian and varric sadly i doubt that with my view on mages i will have good time with dorian and with my means to get what i want i won't have good time with varric as well.

 

My least favorite companions it would be cass and viv as cass is just typical man-woman with anger issues plus she seems to have some problems with Inquisitor with that i don't trust her.Viv because i don't trust her and is type of person i would trust not mention pretty much i dislike her attitude as far.

Top 3:
1. Vivienne- the elegance, the outlandish garb, the nobility, love everything about her. Can't wait to get to know her more!

2. Iron Bull- finally a male LI who isn't an overemotional man child or broody/angsty. Plus muscles.

3. Dorian- he's hot.

Least Favorite- Cassandra and Cole. Cass looks like a major sourpuss and Cole...meh I just don't care much for him so far. Could change though.

Idunno, maybe I'll like her more in-game, but she just doesn't interest me that much.

Varric could've made either. I love him, but he already had his time to shine, so I just excluded him altogether.

Favourite:

1. Cassandra: this woman is pretty much the Dragon Age LI I always wanted: mature, bossy, physically intimidating, violent, very direct and honest in conversation. I can live with the piety.

2. Varric: my favourite companion from DAII. I like Dwarf companions, he has chest hair and a crossbow, nuff said.

3. Dorian: finally a Tevinter mage in our party, and one with grace, style and quick wits. Looking forward to talking with him.

 

Dislike:

1. Sera. Pretty much the polar opposite of Cassandra: childish, bratty, foul mouth, Robin Hood-complex, annoying voice and the bad haircut finishes the picture. Don't see me using her much at all.

2. Cole: just looking at him depresses me. He didn't impress me in Asunder either.

3. Vivienne: just leaves me cold so far. I don't like the air of superiority and the obsession with outward appearances.

Faves:

 

Solas. I am really digging the story he has as well what I've heard about his personality. Thoughtful, balanced, and open-minded. I can dig it.

 

Cassandra. I only say this because she reminds me of Kira Nerys from DS9 (who I love) and if I didn't put her in the top, she would prolly kick my ass.

 

Cole. I'm reading Asunder atm, and really intrigued by him, as a character. He's not only shrouded in mystery but he's got a personality that doesn't seem to fit a common archetype. I might end up not liking him but he is definitely memorable.

 

Dislikes:

 

This is hard to say because I don't see myself actually disliking anyone unless their personality directly clashes with my inquisitor and all of that is subjective. When it comes to just the one I am looking forward to the least, I'd have to say Iron Bull just because I'm tired of hearing about him. lol

Favorite Cole coz he is very mysterious , and Dorian...he just cool. And since thread is about 3...then 3rd is...tough to choose so far these two are miles ahead for me let the 3rd be Varric , his humour I prefer much more compared to Sera..

 

Least favorite prob Solas..I get the feeling about zathrian double...and zathrian look more cool and had better voice actor , lets face it that voice actor is the top 3 best for me.

Most Favourites companions => Vivienne and Blackwall...  Viv being the first character I fell in love with   ...,The very first picture is stick into my mind. She was like behind Cass and Varric getting ready to attack a terror demon .  Blackwall being the lastest character i fell in love it.. I love having grey wardens by my side and since I'm starting with a Human Male Rogue, well it helps to have him .

 

 

Least "Interesting" companions => Dorian and Sera.. One with a sassy dry humour and because he is...&&&&g....& porno magister, the other one with a brat, head-scrathing and childish humour i can't even resist. I have a little brother that snark like Sera. "Blah Blah Blah - Ass in my face... "

At first I would like to take everyone for at least a few missions, try different teams and stuff... Cassandra, Varric, Vivienne, Dorian.... I think I will always want to take at least one of them with me.. the others are also interesting...( Scribbles my love , first LI )

 

I really dislike Cullen since the first game, for some reason he always gets on my nerves and I end up wishing I could kick his butt every time I see and/or have to interact with him...

 

Cole... I read the book and he really creeps me out like, he really gives me the psycho-spirit vibe and, at first and without having played the game, If I can get him to leave the party forever and not come back I will... but I guess I will play the game and decide then...

I'm going to be more leaning towards Cullen(when avaliable)/Blackwall/ and Varic as the party of choice just because the banter I could foresee with the three of them would be great. Cole as a worthy substitute. for Cullen

Solas because hes a different flavor of mage and his friendship with cole should be good for both parties.

 

Dorian interested to hear his perspective and his being a male romance works just great for male elf mage.

 

People i like the least right now

 

Varric and only in the sense that right now we don't know a lot about him compared to others, hoping inquisition gives more of his own persona.

 

Blackwall because so little is known about him compared to the others.

 

My usual promage self aside, I've always been kind of indifferent towards Cullen.

Tops: Cole, Iron Bull and Varric so far. Cole is my favorite, I enjoyed his character development from the book and love how it's two in one.

Bottom: All Celene, That is all.

1) Vivienne. Because she is actually perfect in every way. She's everything I want to be.
2) Cullen. Because he has had great character development and I just love him and I don't care he's not a companion. My list, my rules.
3) Sera. Because she is pretty much me.

3) Blackwall. Because we just don't know much about him and right now he just sounds like the generic paladin type. Plus, he's a dog person. Ew.
2) Cole. I didn't like him in Asunder and I'm still kind of failing to see why I should now. But, Weekes' interview on him was intriguing enough I suppose.
1) Dorian. I hate his hairstyle, his sense of humour, I don't get what he's really trying to do, why and how, and I'm still kind of angry at him for making jokes and continuing to talk after Leliana was tortured and told him to shut up.

Least favorite

 

1. Solas - because meh. Honestly I haven't gone searching for info on him, but there hasn't been anything that makes me want to other then possibly finding the number to the old peoples home so I can let them know he got out again.

2. Cole - Seems like the mandatory guy with a tortured past, kind of like a Fenris junior.

3. Iron Bull - mainly because his voice. He reminds me of Lord Scourge in how he is supposed to be this big imposing dude, but his voice seems to high pitched.

It's hard to say but....

1.  Dorian-  He's a Tevinter mage, which I've been wanting for a  long time and he should have a lot of interesting things to say about that.  Plus he seems like he may be snarky and sarcastic to boot, mixed with a bit of humour, which is always awesome in my books.

2.  Cole-  He seems like a character I'll latch onto and his whole being fascinates me.  I also feel like he may give a few  laughs and insightful moments.

3.  Iron Bull-  He seems to have a fun personality and I'm interested in diving into his character and finding more about the Qun and his place as a spy within it and the perspective that brings.

 

Those three to me seem really interesting, it seems like there will be a lot to discover and at the same time they seem like a lot of fun.  

 

My least favourite...is really hard to say, but so far it would have to be Vivienne.  Her new trailer gave her a few brownie points though, she initially comes of as rather cold and unlikable, but perhaps she'll have some of that Morrigan flair.  Blackwall to me is another possibility, it isn't so much there is anything I dislike about him...but for me, he comes of as rather bland so far.  But that might be because we don't know a heck of a lot about him so far, so that could easily change.

Cullen is my favorite, but if it's just companions it's

 

1. Solas. His view on the fade seems very interesting to me, and the more I learn about his personality the more I like him.

 

2. Cassandra. I love her no nonsense attitude with her hidden soft side. She's just an all around tough lady.

 

3. It's a tie between Cole and Dorian. I really liked Cole in Asunder, and I'm looking forward to learning more about him. I'm also looking forward to learning more about Dorian and his views on Tevinter. 

 

I don't have a bottom three yet. I like all the companions and advisers a lot so far.

3. Dorian: the sassy-sarcastic-witty-funny mage. Oh man

 

I also like the concept of Solas, Blackwall, Sera and Cole.

 

For some unknown reason, I don't think that Vivienne will be in my group often... I just don't like too ambitious people with their own agenda preceed everything.

Iron Bull scares me off.
