Hey!

Is anyone else having an issue with this? Even when I set the choice to 'Warden performed dark ritual with Morrigan', my warden is still treated as dead in the menu. When I go to change this to 'Warden is alive', it forces Alistar to have died, even when I have the dark ritual selected.

Did the menu said "human baby" or "old god baby"?
Because you have to pick the "old god baby" for it to work.

For some reason even if Alistair does do the ritual and no one dies, the Warden does the killing.

I'd try what Avocado says, lock the stuff you want to happen, but don't lock anything else

Because if you go back and play the final battle you'll notice that when the DR is done the Warden always does the killing blow even if other Wardens are present. The cutscene that would play between the Warden and Alistair/Loghain doesn't trigger.

Yeah, it's weird. like I said, 'for some reason'. I guess it's that you can choose not to take Alistair? Can you even choose not to take him if he's done the Dark Ritual?

You can have a party of three dogs, and the DR will succeed as long as it was performed. What's more important is that Morrigan doesn't leave but she doesn't need to be in your party either.

Where are you guys finding the choice to perform the Dark Ritual with Morrigan? I'm looking all over and I can't find it, I must be blind. Right now I'm forced to either let Alistair kill the Archdemon, or let my Warden die.

It's under the Companions tile, all the way to the right.

Look under the companion section for DA:O and it's at the far right tile. It's the "morrigan's baby" tile.

It's in the Companions section. There's a tile that sets whether Morrigan had a human/Old God baby with the warden, Alistair, Loghain, or none.

Something of a side note; why does the Old God Baby look like a normal baby, but the human baby is glowing? I would have thought it would have been the other way around
