This is inspired by the other thread, but I thought it fun to go a little further and see if ME dialogue has ever bled into real life for anyone else.

For me, I love it whenever I find the opportunity to use Jack's "I will destroy you!" (for example, hunting down a mosquito), and then Harbinger's "This hurts you!" (after having smashed said mosquito).

I prefer to think of it as what lines in ME have been taken from common parlance. An interesting question as a large part of local culture speak comes from the north American continent, but many of those phrases are familiar and often used in the UK and elsewhere in the English speaking world . Yeah I guess by know you've discerned that I am English and use the English language versions of ME (are there other versions? Never really bothered to look around)

(At work): It has to be me. Someone else might get it wrong.

It's a useful word.

Well, that was childish.

I should go.

Another one I just thought of is Miranda's "That one HIT!" from ME2. Come to think of it, ME2 seems to have a better selection of quotes for everyday usage.

In heavy sarcasm mode, I've definitely said "Oh, well, this evidence is irrefutable!" in a situation when something doesn't really prove anything.

"They're fools, you should eat them!"

Works surprisingly well as both comedy and conflict difusing. One half is busy laughing, the other side is busy thinking about what the hell I just said. No one thinks about conflict.

Wrex should get a peace nobel award or something like that.

Yup, I've done that, too.

If I am ever being interviewed on TV, I will use the line "I'm tired of your disingenuous assertions"
