not one of my characters or choices showed up properly in the keep. i own the ultimate addition of the game (which means all DLC) yet not a bit of it showed up in the keep. hell, my level 30 mage, go click on her story in social site and there's nothing there? what gives bioware?

Choices were never supposed to show up. You have to enter them manually. Syncing DLC errors is a known issue that's being worked on.

The poster above me mentioned that syncing doesn't include decisions, only characters (you should have their name, portrait, class, race, origin up - though some of us on PS3 are having an especially hard time doing even that).

 

DLC is not showing for almost everyone.  It's a known bug, and they're working on it but they've found it surprisingly hard to squash that one.

They seem to be making good progress.  When I started a few weeks back I couldn't even access my DAO character page and every time I entered the Keep I would get an error (500 or something like that) of which I could bypass to create my world.  I took Lady Insanity's advice about using Google Chrome and installed it.  I no longer get error codes and can view my character page.  Still doesn't show most of my Warden's.  Despite that some are synced up with the Keep while others are not.

 

Just remember, all that is going into the Keep is a custom portrait with a custom name along with your achievements...none of which will matter in recreating your world state.  All choices have to be made manually regardless.  Hang in there...they're working their tails off trying to get all these issues resolved even though there should be no direct impact on your DAI playthrough.

No-one bothers to read the common issues thread or the hundrerd threads that say the same thing

Does it not say "The Keep does not import your saved game." when you enter the keep every time?
