This is my food set--up when gaming new BW titles and don't have time for a regular meal:

Veggie crisps (much healtier than chips)

A nice clean bottle of ginger ale

Eventually when i'm going to take a break from the game for real food will probably cook myself a steak roasted with balsamic vinegar and honey sauce everything coupled with a nice bottle of red wine, will probably put some volk-medieval-music to accompaign my dishes......and planning my next move on DA:Inquisition....till my gf will bump home switching disc and putting some horrendous romantic music and telling me I did this nice meal for her.....i'm going to lie that day LOL.

By the way, if anyone is gonna sign up to Naturebox for healthy snacks being sent to ya in the United States, I've got a code so you get $10 off your first box(got my November box this morning). Lemme know if anyone needs it for some healthy fuel for Inquisition. :)

oh and whatever the female version of a MANWITCH is.

Erm, Womanwich?

Anyway, pint after pint of Founders Breakfast Stout for me, and ploughman's lunches with farmhouse cheddar, stilton, apples, pears, pickled veg, and grainy wheat bread from the local bakery.  You can pick at it for hours.

Going to make a monster pot of chili before I head out for midnight release. Then until I beat the game, it will be mountain dew and reheated chili.

You, my good ser, are a genius!

Coffee, Ice Tea/Water for beverages.

I really don't eat while gaming as it can break concentration but if I do snack during quieter moments It will probably be something chocolate. But I rarely do eat anything during gaming time. But beverages are essential!

Eat? No I won't be doing that. It will take me away from the game and that's something I simply cannot allow.

i like your commitment

Nutrition?

BAH!

I'm a hardcore gamer living in a basement, my body is covering with photoreceptoric lichen. The pretty graphics shining from my LED screen is enough to sustain me!!! Also means I finally got rid of that annoying shitbucket. Having to empty it each couple days took away precious minutes from my gaming experience.

I'm guessing some green tea, rice cakes and maybe a banana or two. And if i'm feeling crazy I might even throw in some sardines in tomato sauce.

I don't typically eat while playing; don't want to get my controller or keyboard/mouse greasy/gunked up.

However, I do get my drink on. Will have a celebratory beer bucket sitting next to my beanbag chair when I first fire the game up on the 18th.

I will actually stop playing long enough to grab lunches and dinners. Fortunately, my husband is the chef of the house, so I don't have to do anything expect pause, go scarf it down, give him a quick kiss, then return to my binge, haha. He's a gamer, too, so he understands. :D

Heh, I feel like such a slacker. Thanks to part-time hour constraints, I had to find 9 days to take off before the end of the year. I wish I could say that I took them all starting with the 18th, but I am a somewhat responsible adult. I took the 18th, and I took the 20th because my folks could be coming to visit that night.

I plan to play late as soon as the game unlocks at 11 pm and push it into the night for a while. Then, I will spend the next day abusing all the time I have while my husband and son are away at work and daycare.

For drink, I have an iced tea maker and lots of family-sized tea bags. I may down two pitchers. And there will also be some Angry Orchard hard cider in the fridge, kept cold. I am partial to their ginger flavor, but I may get a six-pack of the seasonal flavor - Cinnful Apple - which is absolutely wonderful with just enough of a cinnamon edge to it to give it that hint of bite. Drunken Quizzy for the win!

For food, I will likely have either leftovers or a sandwich for lunch. We also usually have some kind of fresh fruit around the house for a snack. Maybe a cheese stick.

But I'm not a heavy eater.

For supper, I'll like have some sautéed fish fillet and a side of veggies.

Erm, Womanwich?

That and tons of crap that should kill me or just leave me a bloated Jaba the hutt having to slither out of the house to the "Real world" or what ever.

I will take this opportunity to balance out a general overall reduction in consumption with an increase in consumption of absolute junk:

peanut butter M&Ms
salt and vinegar chips
Diet Dr. Pepper
Diet Pepsi

All things I love, but absolutely cannot have in my house on a regular basis. In the interest of my boyfriend not starving to death, I'll probably make a batch of white chili to feed him for the week of the 18th, and then he'll be on vacation and, thus, able to feed himself until after Thanksgiving. *adjusts 'worst girlfriend' badge*

IF this game is as good as I hope...

* I'll wake up (normally around 7am) and making myself an omelet with some hash browns. 1-2 pots of coffee.

* Cliff bars and Diet Mtn Dew on hand at all times.

* I'll break around 11 and probably make something simple... grilled cheese or a Philly steak sounds good right now.

* I tend to eat 5 meals a day when working (I have a very active, strenuous job) but only 3 at home. Still, I get hungry being used to 5, so probably a mid afternoon snack. Chips or mac-n-cheese.

* Dinner, probably pizza.

Now if the game isn't that good, I'll probably force myself through it over the course of months, so I wont put that much time into it on day 1.
