Sure, sure. Love lost, heart broken, rejection, all that jazz.

When you find the right one, the PERFECT one, you realize it was just the universe telling you to keep looking.

Yup, my high school girlfriend.

We were together for 5 years and then she ripped my heart out and crapped on the pieces. Took me a long time to get over it.

I feel like getting your heart broken is important to one's personal development, it can help you figure out what you want and enable you to make better choices going forward.

Nope. Never been in love to have it broken. I guess that's a good thing?

The same.

Heart broken? Many disappointments, but never anything that severe. I've felt worse over losing a pet bird. :P

So let me get this straight. This guy broke your heart because he is straight and isn't into you. This makes him a pig?

I think it may be a little twisted or you just left out some important details.

Heart broken? A long while ago. It seems like yours is slightly underdeveloped, the heartbreak. If you are hurt about this, life is not going to be easy.

 - My first "real" GF for 75%  high school. (Tiffany) She broke it like she was making dinner reservations.

 - My ex-wife, obviously. (Amber) Ruined me for a long while.

 - My last GF ... kinda. (Julia) She was a "type A" personality. Will avoid these women in the future...

So I've been pretty lucky

^_^

This is what I don't understand with most women when they get divorced, they try and do everything they can to ruin their men financially and then they get alimony afterwards. I am divorced as well and okay I've got no kids but still, they asked me if I wanted alimony when we signed the papers so I had the chance to take my ex husbands money, live of them right now every month but I said no, I simply refused to take his money, I would rather starve than live of his money plus I really cant see any point in him still supporting me anymore.

Yeah.

It's kind of some f*cked up revenge thing.

I bet men would do it all the time if they wanted to.

My mum was like you. No reason to do that if your husband was just a man you couldn't love anymore. As long as he didn't beat you or did nasty-ass stuff then okay, cool.

It happens.

Unless it did happen to you and you refused to live off his money.

Then more props to you.

Either way, it's another reason to like you :D

@TheBunz Please read a post before you comment. I said he was a pig because of the way he treated girls, it had nothing to do with the fact that he could never feel the same way I did about him.

@TheBunz Oh yeah and try not to assume things about people based on your warped impression of something, but since you showed you didn't understand the post, I'll appeal to your better nature and expand.
He inboxes me on facebook after I was talking to one of his "victims" as I like to call them about what happened, throws all sorts of homophobic slurs at me, and calls me a "dick ******." That's what I meant by "harsh." And let's not forget the fact he's a pretentious pig.

Damn, that's rough. Maybe he'll grow up over time and/or maybe he'll realize that his orientation isn't what he thought it was? Regardless, until he grows up, he doesn't deserve you. You got to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back out there. While you are at it, you might want to thank your lucky stars that you weren't given the option to date or end up with someone as awful as the person you described. Love and attraction doesn't always make sense, at least not to me.

Nope; that's one of the benefits of being forever alone.
