What the devs said does seem to imply something a bit more 'active' then that though. I only hope that if there is a group kick feature that people don't abuse it.
Yes the ability to keep gold and XP earn will help mitigate the frustration, but I do not relish the thought of a person playing a character in a non-optimal build being punished by the group for not playing 'correctly'.
Well knowing having played a few mmo I know that is going to happen if we do get in-match vote-kick.

Well, it looks like there is an in-match vote-kick. They showed it during the stream tonight. I just know it's going to be abused all to hell, and honestly makes me want to avoid DA MP altogether. I played a lot of ME MP and loved it, but I just don't want to have to deal with the abusive crap that is going to accompany an in-match vote-kick.

That lead multiplayer dev said he wanted to make soloing impossible because it's a team game blah blah ... I'm taking that as a challenge. Sooner or later there will be a solo on perilous, mark my words.

Yes, it's time someone calls out for a challenge. I'd like to see humbled devs eating hats again.
Also i loved the character description for the alchemist and the necromancer.
Alchemist :
An eccentric dwarf with an assortment of strange brews and explosives.
Necromancer :
A cold mistress of magic with terrifying power.
Looks like my Keeper will be aiming to craft or find an Alchemist Rigging and a Necromancer Raiment to unlock these fine ladies.

I will probably mix it up between keeper and archer.
I noticed keeper had some skills from knight enchanter and rift mage, im hoping the archer has a skill from the tempest spec so i can experiment with it. If not, at least he has bursting arrow
Now i wonder if the alchemist will have skill from not only tempest but also artificer or assassin?
Personally, im hoping to see the elemental grenade from artificer spec and flask of frost from the tempest spec

My first gameplay will be Sabotage/Tempest and second will be Necromancer, and i plan to research skill combos for Alchemist even before i unlock her, since i will know what tree she will have , hopefuly. But Alchemist is very intriguing character.
also i hope she will have Tricks of the Trade ability from Artificer
Also i suppose she will have majority of Sabotage. Sabotage is AOE Rogue Caster , and Tempest is about serious selfboosts, 3 different flasks have different effects , one knocks foes and saves stamina, other is personal haste, and 3rd freezes enemies.
PS. I checked Tempest tree. There fire and lighting Flasks. For sure she is mix of Artificer, Sabotage, and Tempest. May be even mainly Sabotage and Tempest. Because Artificer Traps will go to Hunter, for sure. May be she will get Tricks of the Trade from Artificer tree.

Platinum came out with the Earth DLC as far as I remember. So no volus.

It's still up on twitch, you can watch it. Over a hundred minutes though.
Re soloing, I have had a bit of trouble totally following the twitch events while doing other stuff (Excel work and such).
We see these class specific doors that have to be opened, I take it those are only for the optional treasure rooms? If not then soloing will be impossible no?
