Why did the Chantry was stupid enough to lose the inquisition also?

You think the only things the Chantry can offer are words? People who fight with the conviction of faith will fight much harder than people who don't have that same conviction. The Chantry may only have "words," but those words could bolster and inspire faith in your followers. That's nothing to be laughed at or downplayed.

you are right but no matter what is the ideal there will always be a person that uses those as a weapon to reach his own ideals and convictions that many times provoke suffering. The strange part is their also the ones who reach a high place in a organization they use. And I am wondering why do those persons do not use the herald for their own gains?

The Herald represents a threat, especially if the Herald cannot be controlled. And if Cassandra is already leading the Herald around, controlling the Herald isn't a likely proposition.

The Chantry must do the chantry  there is no  need to  become a sort of political  institution again.

 

Makes you wonder will we have a hand in choosing the next divine? I am curious about who opened the veil.

Morrigan? no too bvious

Sandal?  Nooo too Obvious

The Elder one?  Noo too Obvious

Bhodan?   Yes  was looking for the cheese and finished with opening the veil
